Great company. Lovely lights
I have had a number of table lamps from this company.
All are unique, high quality and the lampshades are lovely.They arrive quickly and sturdily packaged to avoid damages.
Can’t rate them highly enough.

Procrastinators beware!
I purchased the Lillee lamp base in hot pink but I have a serious problem with it. Which lamp shade? I was going to go black & white different but stylish, green for a garish contrast, orange for bright but unexpected twist. Needless to say due to the sheer number of options I changed my mind daily. I have the raspberry ikat from a previous purchase in a 16cm matched with it for a deliberately eccentric look. A temporary placement that is turning into my perfect match. One is not enough! I’m debating my next purchase and given the number of possibilities I could be some time! 😊🤣

Lovely products & quick delivery
Lovely products, however returning isn’t quite what you think, the fee for returning sales items isn’t to pay for carriage it’s just a fee (I’m assuming a restock fee), you have to organise & pay for the return yourself. All got returned and refunded.
The lamp I kept is lovely and I will shop here again

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I am sorry that there was confusion regarding our returns process. We do try to make this as clear and fuss-free as possible, but we are always welcome to feedback so that we can improve.
We have looked into this for you and can see that you ordered this in our sale period and were charged the applicable £6 sale return fee, as you confirmed. Your return request does show that you chose to return with your own courier, which we do state is at your own cost. We do also offer free pre-paid labels if you prefer to use these and your item is under 1m. I can see that the item you returned would have been under 1m and, therefore, eligible for a free prepaid label that would have been an option when submitting your request.

Beautiful lampshade, really well made and excellent quality. It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. I have several lamps from Pooky now and they never disappoint, such lovely designs that really elevate a room. Would definitely recommend!

After sorting problems lovely to look at
I have always admired the shades and wanted one so I bought 2 silk shades plus 2 marble bases and 2 lightbulbs
Thrilled with the look but neither initially worked after much investigation and a fuse going in the plug and the house electricity supply tripping , we discovered it was a faulty bulb that caused us a lot of worry and confusion now all sorted and they look lovely

Rechargable Lights
Rechargable Lights. Warning on buying because I have now have had 2 sets of rechargeable lamps. I love them but they just do not work. The first pair are one of the first ones they produced but they stopped charging so I paid to have them sent back to have new batteries but they still wont recharge. The second pair were a gift and after very little use only one charges. I really havent had much use out of any of them so its not as if have run them into the ground. I know so many people who say the same. So disappointed and the fact i had to pay for a repair on the first set I suspect if I complain they wont be in anyway helpful.

I love Pooky lights!
I love Pooky lights! I have many of them in my house now. The details are accurate, the quality is high and they are pretty much how they look in the pictures on the website. I haven’t been disappointed by any of them. Orders are delivered quickly so no issues there. I haven’t had to use Customer Service (which is a good thing).

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Easy ordering, prompt delivery, and beautiful quality products — I love love the lamps and shades.
Only minor issue was the shades being slightly different colours, but this was raw silk and it was easily sorted. Would definitely order again!

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love my lampshades! I have looked at the site for quite some time and wondered if they would be as good as I hoped... And the answer is yes! Beautifully made, quirky designs that you won't see in everyone's house (unless they shop at Pooky), delivered quickly and with care..
