I would advise anyone looking to purchase from this site to look elsewhere. I placed an order with them for just under $5,000. After I placed the order, I received an email that my order was flagged and I needed to call in. No big deal. But when I called, I was informed that my order was flagged by their fraud department which made no sense. There was no issue with my credit card, they were concerned that my billing address and my shipping address were different. Okay, I guess I can appreciate them making sure everything was correct, I verified both addresses, explained that I was shipping to my mothers house, since she would be home to receive this LARGE, expensive order. Should have been resolved right then and there. Nope, the rep then goes on to tell me that I would have to pay with PayPal! I am not sure what kind of scam they are running but BEWARE, the whole thing was way too sketchy for me so the order is canceled, as is the credit card I used for the order as I do not trust this company not to try to charge the card.

Poor Packaging for Fragile Light Bulbs
My $155 purchase of light bulbs were shipped in a 9 X 12 envelope with very little cushioning. That envelope cost you $3, yet I was charged $39 for shipping. You could have a least bubble wrapped the bulbs and shipped them in a cardboard box. If any of the remaining bulbs don’t work. You will be hearing from me and replacing them. I kept your sad envelope as proof of my complaint.

The item was shipped in the packaging provided by the manufacturer, and while the envelope itself may appear inexpensive, shipping charges include much more than the packaging materials. They also cover carrier rates, handling, and processing costs.
That said, we certainly want to make sure you receive your items in proper working condition. If any of the bulbs do not work, please let us know and we will be happy to assist and notify the manufacturer as well. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Good substitute for Autopilot salt cell
CompuPool is a replacement for Autopilot salt cells. This is 2nd time using this company. Note though: their pins to connect the Autopilot cable are not sturdy. I had issues with them the first time and they replaced the cell from the manufacturer. After that, I used a stainless washer on each pin and plenty of epoxy to strengthen pins in their plastic housing. I also hard wired cable wires to the pins rather than the Autopilot plug. This probably won't work for the typical pool owner so make sure to use a new cable and be careful inserting on to the pins. I didn't do this, but using bulb grease on the pins will prevent oxidation and make the plug easier to push on the pins. Anyway, I had no issues for 3 plus years on the first cell here in Florida with an outdoor pool where the water temps are sometimes 96 degrees. Cell worked every day summer and winter. So far my second cell is working the same way.

If I could give this company a Zero I would. On 11/22 I called the company about a slide I wanted to order. Was given the advice from their customer service to wait till black friday as the shipping cost would either go down or elimated. I had called them to see if they offered any veteran discounts.
The price that day was about ($ amounts rounded not exact) $2600 on sale with $1000 freight shipping. On Black friday I got up at 5am and checked the site. The slide was $2600 with free shipping. I was so excited, I placed the order and with tax came out to $2750 and didnt ask for the 2% off for veteran discount becaause the deal was good. Got the email confirmation and when the kids got up told them and we did the happy dance. About 6 hrs later I received a call. The pricing was wrong on the website. They would be cancelling my order and they were fixing the price online. I checked and the price went from $2600 to $3300. I asked them if they would honor the non sale price from earlier at $2900 and I still got a cancelled order. Later in the day I checked again and the price went up to $3600 plus $675 shipping. Now had i not waited until black friday as advised by customer service I would have gotten the slide for $3600 that included shipping and a 2% veteran discount. If I bought it on black Friday It would have been $3600 plus shipping. This company is unethical. The do no do right by their Veterans and they lied. I was told no harm no foul when they cancelled my order....but there is. To the owner. THANKS For Nothing.
As a reply, i was not offered the slide at their cost. If I knew what their cost I would have included that in my review. I do not know what their cost would have been.
