It’s definitely more pricier than I expected and I felt as if I was taking more phone calls than I expected. On a good note, I like the fact that real humans were answering the phone calls rather than an AI bot.

Very professional answering service

Very professional answering service. We use Posh for all after hour calls & sometimes during normal business hours. All agents are easy to understand, professional & polite. Our callers have never had a bad word to say about our answering service (POSH) most ar not even aware that that have spoken to an answering service they think they spoke with one of our office ladies...and after hours call sare easily transfer to our on call employees.

Stop losing business because you can't answer the phone!

Due to illness we had no one to answer the phones at our office - literally for months. I did my best to get back to people, but was losing business. A friend of mine recommended Posh. The Posh agents have been an extension of our own team. Smart, articulate, and well trained - many of our clients had no idea they were speaking with someone that was not physically in our office. I highly recommend their service.

The service has gone down hill

The service has gone down hill, not sure what changed but it's not good anymore. We have been with the Posh for 2-3 years. Every single week, we report mistakes and feedback. The only thing we heard is " We are sorry, I can understand this is frustrating, I took the call off your bill". No mention to fixing the root cause, by training people. For an industry that's about to get crushed by Ai I don't understand the decline of quality instead of focusing on delivering a great customer experience. We are going to find another provider as this has been a mess, from spelling errors, to Zero screening...etc

I had a great experience with Posh! As a solo practitioner, I needed help taking some administrative tasks off my plate, but couldn't afford an assistant. Posh filled that gap. They were professional and up and running within 48 hours.

Great Service and fantastic support

The person that helped me onboard, Marijoyce (MJ), was absolutely amazing. I tried another similar service and was disappointed in the communications and the interactions with my potential clients. The POSH system and the people that answer the phones are top notch and it has helped me focus on my practice. When issues popped up, they took care of them quickly and offered several different suggestions.

Best answering service I have worked…

Best answering service I have worked with in 30 years. I started my own real estate company that focuses on property management 8 years ago after years in "Corporate America." This company is outstanding. They act as another employee versus a standard answering service. I have found their employees are very nice and helpful with my clients, Residents and prospective Residents and their feedback from them has been great. It has taken a bit of time to iron out some details but their customer service responds almost immediately when I have a change or adjustment and they are always friendly. As a small business owner their fees initially seemed to high, but the value is amazing and well worth it.
