Due to illness we had no one to answer the phones at our office - literally for months. I did my best to get back to people, but was losing business. A friend of mine recommended Posh. The Posh agents have been an extension of our own team. Smart, articulate, and well trained - many of our clients had no idea they were speaking with someone that was not physically in our office. I highly recommend their service.

The service has gone down hill, not sure what changed but it's not good anymore. We have been with the Posh for 2-3 years. Every single week, we report mistakes and feedback. The only thing we heard is " We are sorry, I can understand this is frustrating, I took the call off your bill". No mention to fixing the root cause, by training people. For an industry that's about to get crushed by Ai I don't understand the decline of quality instead of focusing on delivering a great customer experience. We are going to find another provider as this has been a mess, from spelling errors, to Zero screening...etc

The person that helped me onboard, Marijoyce (MJ), was absolutely amazing. I tried another similar service and was disappointed in the communications and the interactions with my potential clients. Best answering service I have worked with in 30 years. I started my own real estate company that focuses on property management 8 years ago after years in "Corporate America." This company is outstanding. They act as another employee versus a standard answering service. I have found their employees are very nice and helpful with my clients, Residents and prospective Residents and their feedback from them has been great. It has taken a bit of time to iron out some details but their customer service responds almost immediately when I have a change or adjustment and they are always friendly. As a small business owner their fees initially seemed to high, but the value is amazing and well worth it.
