Great service from David Hounsell on a tricky bridging loan case involving borrowing on a property in the UK to fund a purchase abroad.

Initial enquiry was discussed over the phone. Solutions were then provided that day so that I could share these with my client. The team then arranged an appointment directly with the client and a recommendation was made.
The transaction completed 4 weeks later and my client was very happy with the outcome which saved him a significant amount of money each month

Positive Lending have enabled me to have a 2nd mortgage to carry out repairs to my property.

I have recently had to arrange interim funding for a very important large payment I had to make quickly. Positive Lending have been wonderful towards this and I can say now that I can make it now. Not only were they very understanding and accommodated my needs perfectly but ,not so normal for financiers, they also “had my back”, ie they put things in place that I didn’t realise I even needed but they are very important indeed.
