Very unhappy. After speaking woth brokers and lenders it seems I was sold a very high bridging loan with higher commissions. My rate for the bridge os 1.1% a month. 75% LTV. There is much lower rates available. Nearly half. My fault for being naive but I trusted the experts and learned my lesson. Stay away or do research.

As a mortgage broker we use Positive Lending for wider access to Second Charge mortgage borrowing, Bridging and in certain scenarios for adverse credit lending.

I've recently worked with Brigita for an Adverse Credit Residential and Buy to Let remortgage. Positive Lending had access to unique adverse lending criteria which my client could not benefit from if I'd submitted the application myself.
