Positive Lending Avis 

This company wanted £905 up front then couldn't arrange a loan although another company did. the refunded the survey fee of £495 but would not return the admin fee, I did complain but they would only refund an extra £100, they did very little so I would not recommend them, a decent company wouldn't ask for money up front.
You have now replied and you say a survey was carried out, it was not or I was never informed of one being done as no contact to me was made about access to the property, my broker thinks that more should have been refunded so I will take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman as I am far from happy with your company that want to charge me for not being able to do the job
