One of the worst real estate agencies for leasing an apartment in Reem Raam.

I had an ordeal dealing with their agent Sinal. Incomplete information , shows multiple units ; makes us wait and then units are not available .

My strict advice , please skip this agency for leasing . They are like a mafia in Reem Raam and are fleecing both the owner & tenants.

I recently rented an apartment through Noman from Positive Properties and he was very fast in negotiating the rental price for me and got the contract ready the following day. The entire process took a few days from the moment I saw the place until I got the keys. He arranged a maintenance team to paint and clean the place the day we signed the contract. It was a very smooth process and I would definitely contact Noman again in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Azeem Ahmad in helping with securing a fantastic apartment in Dubai.. Azeem was really professional but most importantly very responsive.
