I have subscribed for quite a few months now and I have to say I’m always impressed once the boxes turn up, always a good selection of treats and toys, and I even use the box as a treasure hunt box for my dog as it’s so sturdy, he loves ripping it apart to find the toys inside. Really pleased with everything, quality is high and the price is so reasonable for what you get in the box. Keep it up and thank you! Also, the big strawberry was a huge hit!!

Good, but treats used to be better
Overall I really like these boxes, my dog loves the toys and the bags of treats are great. Unfortunately recently the treat quality has declined and they include grains or glycerin, so I end up not giving them to my dog. Hopefully they go back to high quality treats!

Very happy with items and customer service
I have been using this website for quite a while and must say my dogs and I are very happy. I bought birthday muffins, cake, Christmas toys, treats from them and everything it’s great. Very happy with it and definitely going to order more

Wonder loves Postman Pooch!
Every month Wonder (our French Bulldog) recognises the PP box arriving. He breaks it open and runs off with his new toys - have done a toy clearcut recently as both toy baskets upstairs and downstairs were overflowing. He hasn't noticed yet, but is loving his pink heart ping ball and his strawberry love is in his basket. Hasn't killed the squeak yet!

I've ordered a few times from Postman Pooch - Christmas and birthday gifts for my dog Barrie. Each time my oder has been delivered and packed with care and the gift boxes are fabulous!! There is a good variety to chose from and ecah one has a little bit of everything!! I love the birthday boxes with cupcake and little birthday hats!!

Absolutely Fantastic would definitely recommend
Fantastic natural products for my 3 bullbreeds. I have ordered these for over a year now and I would definitely recommend them. They are suitable for any breed of dog 🐕. And mine especially love the rabbit and pig ears! Ordering from the site is incredibly easy and delivery is very fast. I cannot stress how amazing postman pooch is and how they really cater for your dog's individual needs. They are easy to contact and email responses are very quick.
Excellent service I cannot fault anything about this company and I shall continue to use them.

Birthday cake toy
Recently bought a birthday cake which our younger dog, Jack, absolutely adores. So have just bought several other dog toys so that Jack can help celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday next month!

Luna loves the box
My dog Luna who is a labrador absolutely loves this box. She gets so excited when it comes every month. She loves that she gets toys and treats in it and the poo bags are so useful!

Sent wrong items and no reply to returns request
I made an order and recieved items I didn’t want. I contacted postman pooch about it and was offered replacement items- I confirmed I didn’t want these and requested a free return as offered in their website. I have since had no response despite chasing. Won’t be ordering again

Disappointment
It was really quick and easy to sign up, take all my details, same as the purchases. All the toys and edible stuff you can buy I think are great stuff, along with the birthday boxes. However, I've recently found similar if not the same items in pets at home and other shops for cheaper prices.
Delivery was good, got here when it said it would, you get notified too.
From all these other reviews I got my hopes up a little about how good this tough plan (monthly subscription) was going to turn out. However, unfortunately, the boxes being sent for my doggo's tough plan was misleading, not to my expectations, also pretty expensive for what you get. The tough plan isn't tough after all.
I cannot find anywhere to cancel my subscription, I've looked everywhere online, emailed - no reply, and I've rang the number a numerous amount on different days and times to which no-one ever answers.
Unfortunately, I've been charged for a 3rd box and I know it won't be worth it.
It's giving me scamming vibes.

Poor communication
Although my dog enjoys the subscription box I have problems with the communication side. I never know when the box is getting sent (an email to say it was out for delivery would be nice). When I go on the chat I speak to a computer with a generic answer. This is really putting me off

Fantastic boxes
Fantastic boxes, brilliant quality toys and treats my dogs love. Customer service is excellent. We had another subscription box previously and I have to say I find postman pooch is far superior. We are very impressed so far!

Hi Andrew, we do apologise for the missing gift note, this has obviously been missed through human error and we can only apologise.
As a small business, we do recognise that these things, although not up to standard, can also happen from time to time, and we like to rectify any issues and ask that our customers get in touch if they aren't satisfied with their order.
We do ask that if our customers are unhappy with something they contact us directly but I can't find a record of you doing this in our ticket system.
As an apology we have refunded your gift card and have emailed you with a code for 15% off your next shop with us, should you decide you wish to try us again in future.
Both me and Lola loved the monthly boxes
Both me and Lola loved the monthly boxes unfortunately due to finances and the cost of living going up we had to cancel, we will be back though after Christmas and we can not wait to be part of the pack again. Bets part is you get a £20 voucher on signup and £10 voucher to spend every 4th box in the shop which beats any other subscription box offer out there.
