Had a phone call after ordering some dog toys. I was notified that they may take longer as the shipment hadn't come in yet (this was not a problem). I was then emailed a few days later to say that they had arrived and they were being sent out ASAP. The toys are great quality and my dogs loved them. Absolutely could not fault the customer service, they went above and beyond and I haven't had service like it before! Sarah is amazing!

I bought a treat box for my dog. Was great to be able to pick all the items I knew he would like. Arrived quickly. Think the squeaky chicken might have been a bad choice though as he’s driving us mad with it! 🤣

I Bought 2 cakes from postmanpooch and they arrived very quickly. Neo and Bobby absolutely loved them and were quick to eat them both :)
If your dog is having a birthday I would highly recommend this company as everything is well priced and good quality 👍

Very bad cheap products with toys my puppy ate through the toy within a few seconds which could of been dangerous as it’s difficult to get a puppy to drop what they have. I told the company and rudely got told well it does say supervise on the back, I had supervised but this was a puppy so as I said is hard to get them to drop items. Avoid this company.

Don’t be fooled by the photo of the dog cakes - read the small print for sizing. £20 for a 6” cake! Ridiculous and very underwhelming! Hey ho! Let’s hope the dog eats it!

Would avoid until they start using a reputable, or even competent, delivery company. Either that or place your order several weeks before you need it to arrive. One birthday box ordered, birthday passed, still waiting. Hermes said it was out for delivery 6 days ago. Absolute amateurs.

First box was great. Second box had hardly anything in it definitely not worth the money. Sent photo and complained no one had the decency to reply. Cancelled subscription. Items aren’t very good quality and their customer service is non existent. Would definitely not recommend on any level.

Ordered a birthday and Christmas box for my dog and still not arrived. Her birthday was yesterday. I contacted them by Instagram and got a reply asking for order number. No response after that, so messaged again to be told someone in another department would contact me and nothing. Terrible customer service. Happily take .70 quid off you, but refuse to check order status or reply to messages. Will never order from here again. Joke.

Ordered a gotcha day box for Luna and I am well happy.

I left it a bit late and looked online for a nice gift and found Postman Pooch, what as far as I know is the only page in the UK for gotcha day boxes and was scared it wouldn't arrive on time.

There is plenty of choice on the website and it's all very reasonable priced.

The next morning our package arrived nice and on time and filled with goodies :)

No problems ordering or contacting customer service. Luna's birthday is in October and already looking for a birthday box :)

Postman Pooch is a great idea, keep up the good work!

My initial experience was good. First box arrived on time, all ok. Subsequent boxes have been hugely delayed and very late. Then the contents were a bit hit and miss and I could have bought them much cheaper elsewhere.
In the end I decided to cancel my subscription. I did this in May, and they responded. I'm still being charged and sent boxes out though which I don't want/need. Their communication isn't great and I seem to have no way of cancelling the box as it has to be done via message which they ignore.
I'm now going to have to request a chargeback via my bank and get them to block future payments.
Don't bother wasting your money - you will never get out of it.

I purchased a monthly puppy subscription. No problems with first box. Second box was dispatched via Hermes and has been stuck with them for over a week. No way to contact Hermes. Messages sent to postmanpooch via Twitter, Instagram and email have been ignored, so what do I do now? I’m £20 out of pocket, no box and not sure if my subscription will now be cancelled as requested. Very disappointed.

The one star is because there isn't a no star option.
Ordered a gift box on 27th May.
End of June now and its still not arrived
Admin have admitted they have had delivery issues but won't refund me.
Terrible customer service and a rip off.

Order arrived quickly, great range of products, recycling packaging. Thanks for the get well soon card too! 🐾
