Garbage

Garbage. Nice people but rubbish service. Bought a sim card a few days ago and am regretting it already. Just got a text message from my brother on his UK number who arrived in Dublin and wanted to meet up. When trying to text him back a voice came on telling me I had 'insufficient credit'. Thankfully I had my Ugandan phone with me and could text him back on my Ugandan sim card.

Shocking coverage in Donegal

Shocking coverage in Donegal, at best 1 bar inside and sometimes 2 when I left the house. Only available network was 2G, not what they promised, I would not reccomed.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless - ordered a SIM card which should have arrived within 4 working days - 9 days later it still hasn't arrived. Luckily in their incompetence they hadn't managed to change my account from my previous supplier - so I just cancelled everything

AnPost ruined by daughter's birthday with their incompetence

I had a parcel(gift) sent from London on the 24th for my daughter's birthday and till this very minute she has not gotten it. I have contacted the sending company, who confirmed that Anpost had the parcel since December 28th. Going online to track it I could only see that it had been in Dublin Mail Centre since the 30th of December, 2024 and no further update has been given. I called the support desk and I was told the parcel was awaiting customs clearance on the 3rd of January the same day the chat operator gave me different information by saying the sending company omitted a number on the package and they would need to send it back to the UK. Today, I called to find out why the parcel had not moved; a chat agent told me that the parcel would delivered soon after clearance. I had to make a call to eComm department to be sure about the correct situation, the representative I spoke with, said the parcel would be scanned in the coming days and be dispatched back to the UK. Now, I am confused about why a definite answer cannot be given. An Post ruined my daughter's birthday with their level of incompetence and ineptitude. Can they tell me when the parcel will be received or when the sender will get hold it? It is frustrating.

Getting caught left right and centre. Stay away from Anpost!!! I selected a plan for 15 euro but because i topped up by 20 in one go they automatically gave me the 18 euro plan, ok, no big deal. I then top up by 10 expecting there to be 5 already on the account to give next month's 15euro plan, but it's short so i top up by another 5 of general credit. But general credit can't be used for your plan top up seemingly, so that was a waste of a fiver.i then top up by 10 for their top up credit (which is the minimum they'll allow for a plan top up). So now I've 22 euro on my top up account and 5 on my general credit. Grand you might think, but there's no plan active and they are eating my general credit. I phoned up to be told that a plan only becomes active if i top up by the full amount in one go, ie 15, 18, etc in one go. So my 22 credit is useless, plain useless for my plan. My advice is stay well clear. I had multiple bad experiences with another provider before, but this Anpost system takes the biscuit. It's a system of holes designed for you to fall into and empty your pockets while youre there. I'm changing to a more expensive and less dishonorable provider as soon as possible.

customer service of postmobile quite poor phone customer service slow and cumbersome staff when contacted are often unsure of procedures .also on the ground staff in general post are not fully aware of the workings of postmobile ,some of them do try but the interest just is not there. the connectivity with postmobile is good enough but every now and then the data just hits slow patches.

Poor company..double charging and giving wrong product

Once again , they messed up my credit. Got no satisfaction after they double charged me before Christmas...they basically told me to get lost. Like a fool..I decided to top up again in January....navigated the site carefully...thought I had topped up for a month for 22.99....got cut off again after about 10-12 days. Their website shows I paid 12.99...my bank a/c states that I did pay 22.99...so where did the other €10 go?. Yet they wont admit or rectify their error

Just basically robbed me again

Just basically robbed me again. The second or third time. Double took my money before Christmas,,, I argued... it was pointless. So give me me 2 two months... cos I paid for it. Nope... they cut mke off yesterday.This is only the latest one... they are thieves.

Terrible service

Terrible service, internet speeds almost non existent to the point where I couldn't even send an email or receive notifications, was told this line about how they were upgrading the network for several months, was told the upgrade was then complete and my internet speeds had still not improved, told to call up when my months top up had ran out and they would give me a month to try the service again, rang up and they told me they wouldn't now despite being told I would previously, internet speeds are a shambles as is customer service, Do not make the mistake of changing to this network, you will regret it

Have been with post mobile for 2 years…

Have been with post mobile for 2 years no issue untill now lost 4g and limited phone complained this is what the outcome was
Good morning David,

I have spoken with our Operations team who have advised that the 4G network can dip in certain areas and is not always 100%. This is the same with each and every network provider.

It does sound as though you are in a blackspot, where the signal is quite poor.

If you have the same problem with another provider that uses the same network, the likelihood is an issue with your particular area where the network signal can dip at times.

You do not have a contract in place with An Post Mobile so if it is the case that the network is not working for youm you can leave as you please.
so basically what anpost have told me if you dont like it lump it
well there you go lady's and gentleman i felt i had to share with you this they will take your money but give you know support and by the way i did point out my mother inlaw is ill in the uk and we need the internet to communicate through whats app but didn't make any difference to post mobile !

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
If you inadvertently purchase credit intending to top up as little as 1 day prior to the due date this shower of ***** will basically steal it. When questioned customer service department become aggressive and rude. In this instance they have lost 2 customers immediately (i.e. €360 per year) for the sake of €15.

Great Coverage

Great Coverage, There coverage provider is Vodafone. Usage 3000mins 3000txts 50GB for 15euro every 28 days. No international package which is pity but other than that not bad network
