Hi Janis. We're very sorry to hear that you'll be unable to use the product. The product's web page does state that this item only holds literature up to 4”W x 7”H, but we will try to put it more prominently on the page to make sure this is clear to our customers.

Great Service and Product!
Needed a display and table top / runner for a job fair with less than a weeks notice. Was able to place the order, submit artwork and pick up the day before the event. Everyone on the team was impressed with the quality and professionalism of the finished produce. Well Done.

Finished product good but...
No problem with the finished product or the people I've spoken with. Fast delivery and overall a good company to deal with.
I'm not satisfied with the skills of the designer since I ended up having to design it myself (still paid the design fee). I gave the designer a layout of what we wanted, descriptions and even font and colour codes. The revision I got had the wrong font, logos were misplaced and not equidistance.
I would order again, but only if I have time to design the banner myself.

Graphic Service Disappointing
Our final backscape graphic was acceptable.
I was disappointed in graphic service as I expected you had access to royalty free and/or graphic bureau photos to support our graphic needs. This did not prove to be the case.
Additionally there was a graphic personnel change during project and our efforts had to be duplicated due to this change.
Graphic service was basic at best.

Unfortunately we do sometimes have to make changes to the designer assigned to a project but we understand how frustrating that must have been and for that we apologize.
