Post Up Stand Avis 

The displays themselves are well made, but the customer service makes me want to pull my hair out. After PostUP merged with PopUp Banner (which had terrible customer service), PostUp's customer service became the same way. Deadlines aren't always met. My company has an account with them, but it took four or five communications to get them to put my current order on that account. They also told me I could no longer use the manual order form from PopUp Banner but that I'd have to make my own order form with the identical information, which is ridiculous. I'll ask e-mail questions and the CSR people answer only part of my questions.

For PostUp: My current order number is ccpst00003856. When communicating through the sales@postupstand address, details issues fall through the cracks. When I was having problems, I called, and the woman who worked with me was very helpful, but she was a different person I communicated with by email.

Banners look great - client was happy.

My order was placed on short notice and there was a very quick turnaround time. I received the eight tabletop stands on time.

The product came out great, which is the more important measure. There were some miscommunications with the customer support team during the ordering process. Despite following directions to put “approved” in the subject line. The order sat dormant because they were waiting for approval.

It’s pretty good. The clarity of the picture could have been a little better. And it also blows over in the wind pretty easily. Other than that I like it.
