Our first tradeshow display development…
Our first tradeshow display development vendor. Templates and software requirements were more accessible than other website providers. Service support timeline and quality were excellent. Fine quality in esthetics and materials. On time, speedy delivery, with excellent updates on progress. Very affordable. Best value and recommended by our conference organizers.

Quick, High-Quality Products
Ordering my own design was easy and the turn around time was quick. Very pleased with the overall quality of the product as well. If the need ever arises, I would definitely order from Post-Up Stand again, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a custom selfie station printed.

Your customer services and delivery was great. But your processes and systems are terrible. Reps don't get notified with files are updated on orders. You don't automatically attached design guidlines to orders, leaving me to guess which guidelines match what I bought. The proofs are just images of what I sent, and no effort is made to visualize them on the product.

Not. Acceptable.
While I have used Post Up Stand in the past and have always been very happy, this order was a massive fail. I supplied my own artwork. I received an email that it had been received. 2 weeks later, I received an email to leave a review. The deadline I gave came and went. A day after my deadline passed, I received an email 21 days later that said I'd not approved an electronic proof. Why would you wait 3 weeks (and 1 day AFTER the deadline) to check on this? I looked through all correspondence; I had received nothing. So I approved it and asked what happened next. I heard nothing. I still hadn't heard anything 4 days later, so I reached out again and was told it would be in the mail in a 2 days... the tradeshow I purchased it for was ALREADY OVER.

This was my first time using Post Up Stand and I was leary because of the size and expense of the project. We just received the 20' booth wall last Friday and it was exactly as advertised. We could not be more pleased. Thank you very much!

This company consistently comes through getting the banner stands made quick and efficiently. This year we ordered three new banner stands for a trade show and everything showed up on time. Only concern is shipping cost is a little high. Everything else great.
