Not Power Spares fault but the delivery…
Not Power Spares fault but the delivery driver didn't follow the instructions given to leave in safe place as we were away. The item was left at the front door of the house in plain view it was gone on our return. The failing was that Power Spares took no responsibility, to investigate and told me to raise a Police case which was disappointing.
***UPDATE*** contacted by Power Spares discussed situation and replacement part sent FOC Thank You for Sorting this out Review upgraded to Five Star

Easy; like-for-like!
Units purchased were a straight swap for the OEM item, so it was really quick and easily done.
Item was also delivered very quickly too, so overall, very happy with both the item and the service!

Technical support was excellent but overall experience spoilt by having to wait 3 weeks for a refund.

The part i ordered for my lawnmower arrived very quickly, unfortunately my lawnmower fell between different models and the part did not fit. I called the parts department and the correct part was identified and sent out to me very promptly, excellent customer service

-drive belt fits my JCB 100mm…
-drive belt fits my JCB 100mm woodchipper perfectly. Only given it 4 🌟 as when I ring the company to confirm the if the belt would fit the staff said it will charge me for delivery. However on the website order it was free delivery.
