I have been in contact with three people at Genpower after sales regarding my
HYMT5200X. Craig Wiles, Kevasini Mandhub and Paul Jones.
5 tickets have been issued 591270, 591781, 592096, 592592 & 592587.
I have responded to the best of my ability to requests made for:-

Description of the issue with equipment

Paul directed me to the YouTube video showing me how to get my strimmer to run. I bought the screwdriver to adjust the motor with no success.
I asked you for details of a local service engineer with no success. Instead I was given massive details on how to send the equipment back. I found these impossible to comply with.
So for me your after sales is useless.
I think it is just adjusting the carburettor which is needed.HOW do I GET THAT DONE LOCALLY?
Don’t you have anywhere locally I can take it or do you NOT have a nationwide servicing ability?

Not Power Spares fault but the delivery…
Not Power Spares fault but the delivery driver didn't follow the instructions given to leave in safe place as we were away. The item was left at the front door of the house in plain view it was gone on our return. The failing was that Power Spares took no responsibility, to investigate and told me to raise a Police case which was disappointing.
***UPDATE*** contacted by Power Spares discussed situation and replacement part sent FOC Thank You for Sorting this out Review upgraded to Five Star
