The BLACK+DECKER tower fan did not…
The BLACK+DECKER tower fan did not deliver the level of airflow and cooling performance I expected from the description provided. After trying it, I found it was not suitable for my needs.
I contacted Power City to explain my concerns, but despite being a genuine customer issue, I was met with a flat refusal and no attempt to offer a solution such as an exchange or goodwill gesture.
A disappointing product experience made worse by disappointing customer service. I expected much better.
