Ordered a Covid test kit which failed to arrive. Tracking link confirmed "delivery failed" with no explanation. Contacted customer service twice - they did not respond.

I did not receive what I ordered
I did not receive what I ordered, and the quality of the product was well below expectations. On top of that, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing slow responses and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, my experience was frustrating and a waste of time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Overall a good experience
The ordering was easy, response to a question was fast and the order arrived in a timely fashion. My only negative comment is that I ordered 5 "Spray" bottles of a disinfectant but none of the bottles came with a spray top. I just emailed the company requesting they send the spray nozzles...hoping to get them soon.

I never received my shipment
I never received my shipment. FedEx admitted it was dropped off at the wrong address and was the driver's error. I informed PPE online but I still haven't received a refund or replacement.

Very professional
They were very easy to deal with. I couldn’t make the pick up time so they sent me the items through the mail. I was very grateful. The manager really helped and it was only a $30 sale. Thank you!
