If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 Puertorican santas and received miniature ornaments. They are not worth 33 dollars I paid for. They are refusing to give me a refund. Buyer beware of this scam

Omg…. What I just received after waiting 2 months for the Puerto Rican Santa is a joke…. It is nothing like the ad. I laughed so hard because it’s so ridiculous looking. I got a thing that’s not worth 5.00. How can they get away with this crap….. they have made it that I will no longer order from any ads I see….. what a joke and a loss of money. They should be ashamed of themselves. There should be a zero star option

This company is a SCAM! I wish I would've read these reviews before. At the beginning of December I ordered the Puerto Rican Santa Claus. I had to email them several times because weeks had passed and I had not received it. They then responded they were reordering it and resending it. I received the PR Santa Clause two months after I placed the order. OMG!! What a piece of junk, definitely not worth $49 for a 10" plastic doll worth about $1.00. When I complained they requested I send them pictures, which I did. I sent them a picture of the front, back of the toy and also how it was squeezed with no into a small box with no protective packaging. I told them I wanted a refund. They just emailed me and had the audacity to offer me $6.00! I'm calling my bank right now to see if there is anyway to retrieve my monies.

This place is a scam. I ordered the Puerto Rican Santa Claus on 12/12 and have not received it. My tracking has number has not updated since early January. I’ve reached out and they keep
Telling me to wait. I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous

Still no merchandise from this company and the order was placed 12/13/25. We are going into February 2026 & nothing. They lie that its shipping from a warehouse closest to you location & that’s a bold face lie! When they finally
Sent tracking info, it states shipping from Iceland! They told me to be patient due to holidays & I said fair. After more time passed and it’s now way past the holidays, still no product. I’ve asks for a refund and they refuse because it already shipped. Tracking has zero updates and I made them aware of this. So instead of a refund they just sent me a new tracking link!? I did not eat a replacement, I wanted a refund. They still continue to tell me to wait for the package and deny me a refund. They are a scam, fraud and not a legit company. I went to the confirmation email to get into the site and you can’t, don’t come up. Do not do business with them. I wish I looked into them before making a purchase but I hope these reviews and mine are taken as a beware when dealing with this company. Scam Alert!

And still no santa delivery as of today 1-22-26. I ordered two Puerto Rican Santa Claus on December 1st and they promised delivery before Christmas. It's still not delivered and they refused to give me a refund. Christmas is over... and by the way they were not cheap. I paid about $69. Don't order from them, you won't get your merchandise.

Ordered a Christmas ornament in august it arrived yesterday 13th October compared to the ornament I ordered it is tiny absolutely not worth the money I paid for it and the length of time for delivery was ridiculous never again

Recent purchase of a small, no very small, book lovers ornament. It cost me
Around £26. Firstly I thought it was bigger. ( This was probably an oversight on my part) However the quality was really bad + there was no on off switch. It had to be dismantled to turn it off.
I contacted the company about returning for a refund. All they would settle on was around £9. The first offer was £3. I feel this was atrocious customer service.
