Was refused for repair or replacement…
Was refused for repair or replacement of transmission due to the fact that my pick up had a leveling kit installed they claimed it’s a suspension modification from what I know a lift kit would void a warranty not a 1” block that has absolutely nothing to do with a transmission but I will be taking this to court they are no help nor are the dealers that sale the warranty

Refused to pay for covered repairs…
Refused to pay for covered repairs under the basis that they were done "without authorization" while simultaneously refusing to work with the car service shop. They were sent error codes and estimates, the shop and I both did everything we were supposed to. I had been in constant contact with them during the whole claim process, to no avail.

NO Refund after 30 days, not even a prorated amount like other companys
I was not told at time of purchase from the dealer that I bought the policy thru that I only have 30 days to cancel my policy otherwise you get no refund, not even a pro-rated refund. I also did not receive all the pages of my contract from the dealer that I bought it from which would have indicated "NO Refunds After 30 days". This would have made me not purchase the contract in the first place.

PWI is obligated to follow the terms of the Service Contract.
If the refund request is after the 30 days from the purchase date, we are unable to refund the contract, per the terms of the Service Contract.
Please know that your contract can be transferred to the new car owner.
If you would like one of our representatives to review your Service Contract with you, please let us know and we will certainly be in touch! We will also mail you a copy of you service contract.

From a service writer's standpoint
From a service writer's standpoint this is by far the best warranty company to work with. They are fast and friendly.
Also unlike most warranty companies, with PWI I don't feel like I am talking to lawyers trying to trip me up so they don't have to cover something on our customers vehicles!
