Love my charms so much so glad to find this shop online! Will be ordering again!

I have sold several pre loved Pandora bracelets and necklaces via this site and have been offered a very good price for them. I sent a photo, had an offer the next day, posted my items and the money was in my bank account the following day.
I was provided with a prompt and efficient service and wouldn’t hesitate to use PPB again.

Horrible company. She nevera send merchandise. When I filed a claim she provided a tracking number and took my money. I lives over $140.00. When I wrote she blocked me and said PayPal believes her. Be aware she likes to steal money.

The charm I ordered was described on the website as being in 'great condition', but when it arrived one of the stones was missing. I contacted the seller to say that the item was defective, and the missing stone was not loose in the packaging, so it must have been sent to me that way, rather than damaged in transit. She asked me to return it for a refund, which I did. When I asked if she'd also refund the cost of posting it back to her (£2.80), she replied with "no problem". I was therefore disappointed when I received a refund, that the return postage had NOT been added on. I don't see why I should be out of pocket for her mistake. The onus is on the seller to ensure that goods are dispatched in the condition they have been advertised. A charm with a stone missing is not in 'great condition'! Needless to say, I will not be ordering in future, as can't risk the same thing happening again. Probably no surprise that you can no longer submit a review through her Facebook page!

I would like to warn people about this “company” (owned by Milly Mortimer). The woman has zero customer skills. She will block you if you raise a concern about authenticity or condition of an item. She keep relisting the same items without updating the photo or description, so for example you think you are buying an “excellent condition” item yet you will end up receiving worn out or sometimes even dirty/rusty item. She will tell you that she sells 2nd hand item so they are not perfect. She is unapologetic even if it’s her fault because she sent you wrong item. If you are lucky you will get a message with return address without any explanation.The refunds take ages and she refuses to refund the postage as she will say that there is nothing wrong with the item (even if you send photos and videos to prove it).If she buys something from you she would pay you the lowest possible price but sell it for 5 times more. If you return an item because it’s faulty or fake - she will relist it as genuine or in great condition. I really don’t know how she can sleep at night. She does not have enough knowledge to recognise fake items, she should not be doing this especially if she doesn’t know how to behave- she is rude and has no manners. I have always been nice when problem arised but enough is enough. I have been supporting her “business” for 3 years but she does not care about loyal customers. Be wiser than me and stay away from her.

Arrived ok the bracelet I ordered doesn't measure the size I ordered so too small tryed and tryed and tryed to return the seller reads ya message and doesn't reply there fore I won't be ordering again lesson learnt

Delivery was fast and the charm I ordered was perfect. You wouldn’t know it was second hand. I highly recommend and will be ordering again soon.

Only a positive experience for us.
Having moved on from Pandora, my partner had several genuine charms in excellent condition no longer wanted. Jewellers only pay the scrap value and facebook groups are selling individual charms so would take ages to sell all these..
We found this site and sent Melissa a photo of all we had. She quickly replied with a very reasonable offer, we sent off through Royal Mail. Payment received from Melissa same day. 5 star service.

I had a clear out of my jewellery box and had a few Pandora items which I no longer wear. Thought it was a shame them going to waste just sitting there. Has a Google and came across the preloved pandora page were I could sell them on. Submitting details was nice and easy and I received a fast reply. Any questions were swiftly answered. Payment was quick. Friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend. Thank you

I thought I would give this person another chance and boy was I wrong to do so. Once again the item arrived in a state. It arrived promptly but that was grossly overshadowed by the so called in beautiful condition, when in fact I couldn’t tell if it was silver or gold (it’s meant to be Pandora shine). Absolutely remarkable she’s allowed to continue doing this and these so called reviews claiming she’s a great seller are incomprehensible. I will be returning this.

Items arrive very quickly in superb condition.
Descriptions of the items are always very accurate. Whenever there are any defects/ used condition it is clearly listed in the description and the price reflects this.

This lady is a very rude seller, she has no business ethics and doesn’t take any accountability for her mistakes, she just expects you to either accept it or move along. I’ve ordered a few items of her but always with caution as she does NOT update her photos ever. She will take pictures of decent looking items but send you sub par items, that can be broken, bent, chipped enamel. When you question her she never ever apologised, she will just send you an email with her return address. She doesn’t offer prepaid like any other reputable business she expects you to use your own money to return her mistakes. I have also reported her to trading standards and hopefully she will incur more negative stars to promote a visit from TS. She is already on their radar so fingers crossed.

She is unlawful.

Safety chain charm I received is a fake !
Very disappointed in seller. I emailed her to resolve the issue and no response.

Worst experience ever! Half of the charms are fake and the other half is in terrible condition. Costumer service is absolutely awful, I have never experience anything that bad in my entire life! Will have to file a dispute with my bank since they wont refund me any money, please do yourself a service and do not purchase anything from here!!

Delivery is prompt, making me a very happy customer.

I have ordered about 30 from Preloved Pandora Boutique and also recommended to friends. I have never had any problems and everything comes when they say it comes. All the items are genuine and if Milly thought anything was questionable to being genuine she always states it on her listings. All at great prices and even better when you get a sale.

I have many, many purchases from Millie, and have never been disappointed, everything I have received has always been as advertised, shipping has never been a problem, always tracked and arrived when it was supposed to. I have masses of Pandora, and also Thomas Sabo, not all have been brought from Millie but that said all her stuff has been genuine, and she has always been really helpful with everything I have brought from her, cannot for the life of me understand the bad reviews. I will continue to buy from her.
