Order placed on the 21st of May and still not delivered. Issue remains unresolved. No proactive communication from the customer service team—just excuses that they are waiting for a reply from the courier. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor service.

Easy to purchase and quick free delivery
I ordered two canopies they both arrived in a couple of days, the first one I ordered the wrong size but returning was simple and for a fee of £9.99 it was collected from my home.

Great service!
First order with them and the service was amazing. I placed two orders due to an error on my part. Emailed and called and they had already corrected and sorted the order for me for a quick resolution. Will definitely use again and recommended to a friend for their purchase.

Stock Issue
Item was showing as in stock at time of ordering, had to chase after 1 week received a reply to advise item was out of stock and they were waiting on delivery. If this had been evident at time of ordering I would not have ordered as others had in stock. Luckily item arrived day before we were due to go away. Canopy itself very good quality worked well and stood up to some pretty heavy rain. Item was good price and ordering process was easy
