No confirmation of delivery
No confirmation of delivery, emailed several times and got no response. Had to phone a number of times eventually organised and delivered just in time before out holidays. The product is excellent but that's made by Sunncamp and in essence all Premier Camp have to organise is delivery. Unnecessary stress, I will say the ladies that I dealt with on my third call where superb.

Expensive waist of time
Quick delivery but no packaging, shoes arrived all damaged and just in a plastic £1 delivery bag.
£4 for delivery not refundable + £3 to pay to sent it back for refund. Waist of time and money.

Great website and easy to order
Delighted with my steps and the price. However, there were parts missing to fasten the handrails. We needed them for that very day so fortunately my husband was able to sort it out with bits from his garage so saved the day. Perfect height and really stable it changed my break from being a struggle to being a breeze. Thank you.

Wonderful clean site
Wonderful clean site. Owners made us extremely welcome. Having our own allocated shower room was brilliant. Lovely area to stay in. Would definitely go back again.
