Good price for products

Came quick box was slightly damaged dus to delivery guy and forcing though my letter box bought for Xmas present

Ordered set of 24g darts with 2 day postage and never received them. Postage never updated that I was sent. Send an email and finally got a refund as ones I wanted sold out. Won't shop from. You again

Awful company. I paid more than £80 for darts that arrived in a battered, used-looking box. Completely unacceptable.

Avoid This Seller at All Costs – Extremely Poor Service and Customer Care

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with, and I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Here’s what happened:
I ordered a high-value item, and the original package was delivered while I was at work. Instead of following proper delivery procedures, the courier left the parcel on my doorstep without a signature, without any instructions, and completely exposed. Unsurprisingly, when I returned home, the package was gone.

I immediately reported the issue to Premier Darts the next day and completed all the paperwork they requested. Rather than resolving the problem or showing any concern for customer satisfaction, they permanently restricted my account—meaning I can no longer make any purchases.

Why? Because they penalized me for something entirely outside of my control. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.

After looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone—many customers have had similarly negative experiences. Fortunately, there are far better and more reputable companies to shop with, such as Target, Red Dragon Darts, and Arrowheadz, to name just a few. Premier Darts’ loss is their gain.

Their claim of being the “Fastest Growing Darts Retailer” is laughable. In reality, they are a company that does not value customers and fails to provide even the most basic level of service.

My advice:

Buy from official sites or well-known, reputable retailers.
Avoid Premier Darts completely—it’s not worth the stress, frustration, and financial loss of not receiving your item.

I will be sharing my experience with the darts community to ensure others don’t go through the same ordeal. It’s a shame because this industry has so much potential for efficient service, but Premier Darts clearly cannot deliver.

the flights I bought have broken within a week of use at £9 a set I don't think this is acceptable

I bought a set of Bulls darts and longer points ( bulls points ). The points did not fit too loose, sent them back to Premier darts, expecting a full refund and only got 50% back, The points were not fit for the intended purpose, all i did was tear the bag and try point in the dart !! shameful . Been a good customer with them to.

If I could rate these a 0 I would. I ordered £160's worth of goods for my sons Birthday with a promise of 1-2 days delivery. It was not delivered in time for my sons birthday. After 5 working days I contacted them and I waited another 5 days before chasing as received no reply which is poor. After another 2 days and still no reply I emailed again only to be told that DHL had attempted delivery twice and they had issues a refund. This is an absolute lie, we have a ring doorbell which we pay for video playback and history and there is not one attempt, let alone 2. They have said they have issued a refund but I have not received one and I have replied asking to make a complaint and I want the items I bought with 1-2 day's delivery as promised. The whole experience from start to finish has been horrendous and customer service horrendous! Stay away, one very disappointed young boy here.

Excellent service, providing for all your darts needs. The fact that Premier Darts used Amazon shipping means reliable next day delivery unlike some companies who still use unreliable snail mail!

I honestly couldn’t fault them. Ordered Saturday, got it Sunday (the next day). The shipping company was Amazon and the package came on time. Even ordered myself a Cameo! Only website I’ve seen that has them except Cameo themselves. 100% recommend picking your supplies up from them. Also they are not that popular so they have everything you could wish for most of the time.

Ordered some darts for my partner, next day delivery they didn’t arrive waited a couple more days didn’t turn up trying to go through customer service who are very abrupt and unhelpful it’s been a week and a half later and was told we can’t cancel the order as it’s been dispatched. I got an email later on that day saying that the darts I’d ordered were out of stock which could’ve been told to me ages before i had to ring customer service numerous times!!

Never buy from this company.

I have ordered from these twice and although delivery is quick they have messed up 3 times. First one they delivered a faulty product however, they did deal with this quickly and resent a new one. Secondly I ordered recently and of the £50 I spent about 5 items showed up less than half my order. They also couldn’t fulfill some items as they had sent them to other customers I presume and then they resent the rest of the missing items and still got the items wrong.

It’s such a shame that this company cannot do their job properly as it is such an efficient way to get darts products.

Best darts website and it's not close. Delivery is always 3 days max, quite often less than 24h even on their standard delivery option. Great value on their rewards points too and you can earn vouchers pretty easily
