From the minute we made our initial enquiry, Elliot went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and showed us around the car we'd had our eyes on, answering all our questions. Charlotte was then my main point of contact when sorting the collection and paperwork, and was nothing short of excellent with her service. She was quick to reply to any questions, friendly and adaptable when I needed to rearrange collection. Both went out of their way to communicate with my dad and brother, and I'm so impressed with how lovely they were with my pops.
Car is, of course absolutely outstanding - driving it is an enjoyable experience and definitely an upgrade on my previous. Hopefully we'll be back with the team in a few years when we're due our next upgrade.

Jonny quickly found the exact car I was looking for with all the added special features that I was after. The process was really smooth, and Charlotte was very helpful with making sure all things regarding the delivery of the car and any finance contracts etc were sorted and explained. I recently bought a car from Elliott at PRV. I'd been researching for over 9 months and knew what I wanted, Elliott had one available but unfortunately it looked like it wouldn't be able to work because I had finance pre-arranged with a provider who don't work with PRV. Elliott was proactive and creative coming up with a number of potential solutions and we pursued one together which was equivalent to my existing lender. I wouldn't have thought about this solution, but he found a way to make it work. His aftersales service was exemplary; from staying in touch about the status of the car, the stage in the prep it was up to and sourcing and arranging for an additional key for me. Arguably one of the best sales teams I have dealt with, definitely the best team in the automotive industry I have dealt with. I'll be coming back to them and recommend my friends do the same. Superb.
