A company’s integrity is reflected in its refund policy and dispute resolution.
PHS has be prompt about addressing the issues, however Forno does not.
We had many obstacles including large delays and DAMAGED FRIDGE delivered that is not being replaced but they keep sending us parts to replace ourselves.

We recently purchased a Forno 60” refrigerator/freezer and an under cabinet ice maker from PHS. The overall transaction, appliances, and customer service was fantastic!

Unfortunately I had to return my Mr Cool. Wendy was always on her response to my emails and easy to work with. Thanks Wendy!

I got really excellent service with FORNO appliances. Just want to share, got stove burner one of them seems not to work. Therefore, contact the FORNO team, the technician coming and fine out that stove only for warming. After I contact the customer service with my issued, they are act responsibly, I really happy with the FORNO company. I m recommending every one with the FORNO produces.

Anna has been most helpful in resolving any issues we had regarding our appliances and did not hesitate to provide us with the help we needed while keeping us updated and informed during the process

My oven switch broke on my Forno gas oven. I emailed Forno directly and did not get a response. I tried Premium Home Source, where I purchased my appliance package. Carlee took care of everything in a timely manner. My oven light switch works.

When I opened my MRCOOL DIY boxes I thought the large copper pipe set was twice as long as expected and would be hard to manage, so I called Vanessa and she agreed to send the proper one right away and we would worry about getting the long cable back afterwards. She did ask for a picture of the pipes I had received. When I placed the pipes in a coil on the floor, I discovered my mistake and called back to apologize, Another person answered the phone and understood what had happened and was most gracious about my error and would cancel the exchange. Later, Vanessa called back to make sure that I did have the correct pipe set, etc. So in addition to answering some important questions I had about the installation, they not only knew the product and installation needs very well and I could not have asked for better service.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Premium Home Source Appliances, and we can't say enough wonderful things about Ms. Vanessa, their Supervisor. She truly went over and beyond to expedite our three gorgeous appliances for our new kitchen. Refrigerator, Stove, and dishwasher. She stayed in contact on a weekly basis, to keep us abreast on the arrival of our goods. What caught my eye was the stunning black/rose gold of the Gordan Ramsay Collection ( Thor)Now that our kitchen is complete these three appliances are showstoppers!!! Every guest that walk in notice them right away. It gives our kitchen a luxurious-high-end beautiful kitchen. They were the perfect final touch to our kitchen. ~A special "Thank You" to Vanessa for going the extra mile, and making sure everything came together and in a timely manner. I have been being assisted by Wendy on the sales team- she has been so great to work with in getting my issue taken care of with the manufacture of my stove. I received the wrong Microwave. After working with this company, I was able to return the microwave and receive a refund
