Premium Taps Avis 

Terrible service. Ordered two products. One is faulty and one not received. Have emailed 5 times and used web site chat and no one replies.

Excellent sales service from Jill Muckle. I ordered a Perrin & Rowe tap but was advised it could be delayed and if I wanted to change to a different tap which they could order for me quickly and was given another choice which I loved. It was delivered quickly. Great selection on site.

I purchased 2 items both of which were advertised as ‘in stock’ one arrived next day fantastic Service and beautiful well made sink However the other item took 8 weeks! Not so good. The second item ( direct from factory) had a
part missing and was faulty. Premier Taps after sales service leaves a lot to be desired I had to go straight to the manufacturer In the end to get things sorted It was very frustrating and costly as the plumber had to keep coming back. So probably would not buy from this company again .

I ordered a monobloc tap on the 25th June and understood this to be next day delivery. It didn't arrive. I waited until the following week when I rang and spoke to Imogen and the number supplied. The product had been delayed. I asked her to let me know via email when it would be delivered and she said she would come back to me, she didn't. I rang again 2 days later and spoke to Sam. It turns out the product is out of stock - so I cancelled the order. Sam did come back to me and told me my refund would appear in my bank account in 3 working days. That will be this Wednesday 8th July. It would have been nice if I had known it was out of stock prior to order and be more proactive at letting me know earlier. This is one company I will not be using again.

Minoan mixer ordered of website, acknowledged on 13th June and arrived in lovely box a few days later. Unfortunately unable to fit because some vital components were missing. Paperwork said the tap came from Swift Electrical wholesalers. Several emails to & fro eventually received missing parts 23rd June. Looks a decent piece of kit but let down by customer service. 'Lockdown' didn't help.

Delighted with every aspect of my experience of Premium Taps - the ordering was simple; the price excellent and the delivery superb - had a call from the delivery driver to check we would be in prior to deliver.

I purchased some Perrin & Rowe Mayan taps and they are absolutely gorgeous. I was kept informed of the manufacturing time which may have been longer due to the current situation with lockdown but as it happens, they arrived sooner than expected.

Excellent service. I placed my order on line for taps with a custom finish and received a telephone call within 24 hours telling me that the taps were not a stock item but would take 8+ weeks to manufacture and asked if I still wished to proceed. I was already aware that they were not a stock item and so proceeded with the order. Eight weeks later I received an email from DHL stating that my delivery would be in two days time ( I assumed the taps). A day after the email I got a call from Premium Taps telling me that the manufacturer had despatched the taps. Two telephone calls from an online retailer - that is customer service. And goods as ordered.

Great product and good price. A little bit of an issue with delivery due to supplier issues and COVID as opposed to Premium Taps. It would have been nice to have been told by them rather than having to chase.

Good website with good range of taps. Order came very quickly and in good condition. I like the cost of delivery being included in the advertised price. I'm very pleased with my Franke tap and I would use these people again.

Have purchased from this company before, so didn't hesitate to return again. Good communication and prompt delivery despite the general Covid19 problems. Would recommend.

We ordered the tap and received it just three days later. Perrin & Rowe make lovely taps but they are so expensive so it was great to be able to get the tap at a really good price.
