Premium Taps Avis

I called up because I needed a faucet and was having trouble finding a place that had it in stock. The friendly customer service person confirmed they had it, and it was at my house the very next day. Would use again.

Great easy to use website and product delivered within 24 hours. Really impressed.

Easy to use website and our taps arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great service. Taps arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

Beware that this company will claim to have items in stock and available for next day delivery... and then take seven days to deliver. No complaints about the price or the quality, but I wish they'd been honest about what stock they really hold.

Excellent service excellent delivery..everywhere else couldmy delivery this tap for 2-4 weeks .. premium taps had it in stock and could delivery next day .. Just brilliant

Easy to order online and very competively priced. Called to ensure taps I had ordered were indeed in stock as this was an important order with strict constraints ; sales assistant checked and confirmed, and further confirmed delivery date. Order arrived on time and in good condition.

great price, great product, delivered on time

A prompt service. Product as described. Would order again.

Ordered up a Perrin & Rowe kitchen mixer to replace a 15 year old identical model. It arrived as advertised the next working day, well packaged in the manufacturers box complete with all necessary accessories. Installed the following day with minimum fuss.
These are a superb luxury product that look good and function perfectly.

Excellent taps, very happy, lovely finish and smooth operation

Ordered and delivered very quickly. Thank you. Just what we wanted.

Perfect easy order-online.
Had a small query phoned them up and a got an immediate answer.
Arrived packed bomb prove.
So 5 stars will definitely use them again.
Thanks Andrew

The staff that I dealt with on every occasion over the phone seemed to have no interest in providing polite and pro active customer service. I most certainly would not recommend this company to anyone -

Superb price, delivery was as advised, easy to order. Great experience, did I say they had the best price off all the places we checked, perfect!

The faucets are beautiful and arrived in record time!

Arrogance beyond belief.
As much as the quality of Perrin and Rowe is high, my experience has been the worst. First, one of the taps had the wrong mechanism inside and had to be replaced. Secondly, an order that originally was stated to be 10 weeks wait has gone way over that and the company will not provide information on whether the item has shipped or why there was such a delay. I'll be using other manufacturers for the remaining bathrooms.

Ordered Wednesday afternoon and received 8.30a.m. the next day. Excellent service.

Fantastic product & service amazing ... arrived a day early .. couldn’t have asked for better !
