I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

Since the recipe change for Sweet Chilli Chicken and Rice, I have always dreaded eating it at lunch and I will be swapping to another recipe.

Convenient and edible
Meh! Nothing particularly good or bad about my recent experience. I like the convenience of ready made meals and have tried a few different services. Prepped pots is probably the worst out of the ones I have tried. The meals are ok, but the quality of the meat, especially the chicken is questionable. The lasagne and the pizzas are very good but all of the others are quite tasteless…these meals feel like ready meals which I know they are, but in comparison to similar priced alternatives prepped pots definitely doesn’t have the same quality.

The meals actually really nice the only…
The meals actually really nice the only thing that put me off is i dont have a freezer and some od the meals wouldve been out of date if if i didnt put them in someone elses freezee. Think i had 6 days to use 20 meals. If i had a freezer woulsnt be a problem

It is great to hear you have enjoyed our meals, we do however apologise for the inconvenience caused by the use by dates without a freezer.
We can confirm all our meals will arrive with no less than a 3 day use by, this of course can be extended by freezing but we appreciate without this it can be hard to consume the items in time.

I used their services a few times and…
I used their services a few times and paused my subscription for a few months, instead of cancelling, thinking in good faith I could order again in the future. While my subscription was paused they sent me an order I never placed and charged my card. I explained this to them several times and asked them to collect their meals and refund my card. I never took my subscription from Paused status. To no avail, of course. Well know tactics. Needless to stay they got one last order - that I did not place - and lost a client forever. Not a good word to say about this. Be careful with their "Pause Subscription" option. "Cancel Subscription" instead. Furthermore, after many back and forth emails, I was offered a £5 credit to use in my next order. So, now I have to pay for 2x orders, when I did not even place the first one, to receive £5 to spend on their company again. What a joke. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription.

Delivery was not great. The box was left on the doorstep with no indication that it had been delivered; no knock no ring.
So far have tried one meal and found it quite tasty albeit the portion was not overly generous.

Recent dip in quality after the recipe changes
Since the recent packaging/recipe changes and price increase, I feel the quality has dipped slightly. The meats are definitely of a noticeably poorer quality and quite rubbery. The meals as a whole lack the flavour they once had.

Good, but now too expensive
I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging.
I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%!
I cannot accept an increase like this so have reduced my consumption by the same amount whilst I investigate alternative protein meals which are much cheaper

Still have not got my food
Still have not got my food definitely sitting in a warehouse at room temperature probably has for the past couple days it was ment to be delivered on the 8th of this month and its now been 2 days and still nothing.

Use to love prepped pots as was handy for work and was plenty of gluten free choices but since getting rid of some not as good choices

Price increase 1 day before money coming out. Meals not as nice as before recipe change and now more calories.

However, the new meals are larger and use higher quality ingredients, and with the continued increase in ingredient and production costs it unfortunately wasn't sustainable for us to keep them at the old price long term.
We've held the original pricing for as long as we could, but the adjustment was needed to ensure we can continue producing the meals at the same quality and portion size.
