I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

poor value for money
portions are smaller than they used to be, but the meals are double the price!

We're sorry to hear that you feel portion sizes are smaller and that the value no longer meets expectations.
we completely understand your concern about the recent price changes.
When we launched the new meals, we kept them at the same price as the previous range so customers could try them without paying more upfront. However, the new meals are larger and use higher quality ingredients, and with the continued increase in ingredient and production costs it unfortunately wasn't sustainable for us to keep them at the old price long term.
We've held the original pricing for as long as we could, but the adjustment was needed to ensure we can continue producing the meals at the same quality and portion size.
But please know, your comments will be passed on to the relevant team.

Don’t bother, standards have dropped big time!
Charged an excessive amount and have still not been refunded the difference.
Crammed 20 large ready meals into one box in the last order instead of two boxes. No thought given to the end user - I now have crushed ready meals that aren’t acceptable.
In addition, clearly skimping out on ingredients. The roast chicken meal was quite good a few months ago- now there’s noticeably less chicken and filling in general. Some meals don’t even come close to filling half the small container.
Save your money and consider shopping elsewhere, you don’t get your money’s worth!

If you want a bag to be delivered with your order thrown in leaking over each other, with packaging split.
Then this is for you.
They refused to refund so I now have trading standards engaged along with my bank.

First time trying these meals. Tasty food, very impressed. Will buy again for sure. Even the kids enjoy them.

Makes life so much easier
Makes life so much easier, just go to the freezer and pick a high protein meal that's ready in minuets. Some meals do need a little extra meat or extra cheese on the pizza, otherwise they are very good.

Pots are are ok and a reasonable price. I have a problem with the false advertising. I set a subscription of 20 meals every two weeks. As I was purchasing it stated I would pay around £5 for the delivery and all subsequent deliveries would be free. After purchasing I could see I was due to be charged for the next delivery. I raised this with customer services and lady that replied clearly couldn’t be bothered to look into it and flat out lied “you get the first delivery free but have to pay for all future ones”. She only had to look at my order to see I paid for the first. I went through the set up again to get a screenshot of it saying you only pay for the first delivery. She again spewed some drivel “you have an even better deal of £50 off”. This strikes me as a shady company with incompetent staff.

Food is tasteful but lacks important parts of a meal vegetables and yes some do have them in but there's not enough plus it feels like every meal is processed so won't be buying again

Great quality and service
Easy to order and choose meals, delivered on the date chosen, well packaged. The meals have all been of good quality and taste really good. Very happy with the subscription service and able to pause a delivery and make different choices. Very happy and would recommend.
