Used to be amazing, price has gone up from around £40 to £55 and this is without extras now, I used to get breakfast items such as bagels and porridges, now it’s just meals and the prices have been hiked up. Also my favourite meals seem to be disappearing?!
Meals failed to get delivered. No contact from Musclefood Now found out they’ve gone into administration
Still quite good and convenient, but used to be better. Prices have jumped up recently and loyalty points/ reward scheme suddenly taken away. Not the same anymore sadly.

Have been a customer for a number of years, but the recent changes to recipes and packaging mean I'll be cancelling my subscription. The new containers are poor, with film you can't remove easily, and they don't fit in the freezer nearly as well. I've not tried all the new recipes yet, but many are watery with split sauces, and they take much longer to microwave from forzen than previously. Really disappointed.

We understand how frustrating it must be to find the new containers less practical and the cooking times longer, particularly when you were happy with the previous format. It’s never our intention for changes to negatively impact your experience, and we’re sorry this has led you to consider cancelling.
Standard of product and packaging is now appalling. Before they where ideal for my cycle commute to work, now I would trust them to not empty the contents into my rucksack. Food is also now watery and bland. Had a a subscription for 6+ years. Considering shopping around for an alternative.

It’s particularly concerning to hear that the packaging no longer feels secure for your commute and that the meals have seemed watery or lacking in flavour. That’s not the standard we aim to maintain, especially for long-standing subscribers.

Good bundle for money i normally have soaked oats in the morning and one of these meals with a protein pudding for dinner. One of the cheapest meals straight to your door with a wide variety of choice

The box came all wet and lost most items, emailed company but ignored. Never use again!!!!

One item was damaged on delovery. Sent photos, refund never recieved or further communication. Cancelled future deliveries and put it down to experience

Some meals I have enjoyed, but I have noticed that the quality of the food isn’t the greatest, especially the chicken and potatoes. The chicken tastes quite rubbery and the potatoes feels undercooked and soggy at times.
