Delivery was not great. The box was left on the doorstep with no indication that it had been delivered; no knock no ring. So far have tried one meal and found it quite tasty albeit the portion was... Voir plus

I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the recent recipe change. We understand how frustrating it can be if something you regularly order is updated without it being clear at the time of purchase.
Recipe updates can happen as we develop and refine our ranges, and details are updated on the product pages accordingly and emails sent to customers to inform them.
That said, we do value your feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team
Sudden decline in quality and service level - long standing customer had to stop ordering.
Our orders are regularly lost in shipping, and what does show up is often late, not what we ordered (where you swap meals at the last moment after it is too late for me to change it), and the food that we did intend to order is very poor quality, often containing bone, very high levels of gristle, and in some cases plastic. Film seals are often broken and have several times ruined entire shipments. Customer service have been generous with refunds but we in the end after 2 years of ordering reached the point of cancellation because of the service level and quality just getting poorer and poorer. It is such a shame, this used to be a service i recommended to everyone, and unfortunately its just tried to expand too fast too quickly and cut costs too much that it has really lost the spirit of what it once was. I did not accept the discount when i tried to cancel the subscription because at this point, the food and service level is just simply not worth any amount of money.

That’s never what we want for long-standing customers who once recommended us.
We’re particularly concerned by your comments regarding lost deliveries, last-minute swaps, damaged film seals, and the quality issues you’ve described. While refunds may have been processed, we fully appreciate that repeated issues understandably erode trust — and that’s something a refund alone cannot fix.
Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our operations and product teams, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver. We’re truly sorry it reached the point where you felt cancellation was the only option.
We do appreciate the time you spent with us and your honesty in explaining why you’ve stepped away.
New recipes not for me
I had a subscription for a while and loved the old pots however, this order came with the new recipes which are so disappointing. I’ve dried a few meals of my subscription but they’re far more soggy and for the first time in receiving my prepped pots, I feel like I’m eating a supermarket ready meal. The satay pots also have around 200 cals more per pot than the originals which is so disappointing (the email said like for like which is not the case) especially since they definitely seem like they have less greens, sloppy but pasty.

The flatbread pizza was crushed which was a shame and the packaging was all soggy.

Change recipe to sub without knowledge.
Used to have a subscription for the meat feat pasta (it was amazing!!)
They’ve changed the recipe and now it’s god awful, made a complaint and asked for refund.
Was never told my meal would be different, changed without knowledge.
Cancelled subscription, pending refund…depending on outcome, depends if I will resub and change meal.

I’ve been using these guys for more than a year and always liked the meals, no nasties, portion sizes - little and often and packaging allowed lots to be stored in the freezer. Good customer service too.
UNFORTUNATELY they have recently changed the meals. Now full of flavourings and E numbers - check the ingredients list! High in saturated fat too.
And packaging, much larger so they don’t all fit in my freezer any more and the film splits on the packages and wastes food.
I will likely be changing to another prep service which is a shame as have enjoyed using these guys but they have just killed their customer base by changing the food - anyone serious about what they fuel their body with can’t justify eating all that junk in the ingredients list
Shame guys! You need to fire your product development team!

Meals a delicious healthy and filling. I used to order alot or buy quick to make food from supermarkets and this has worked out a tiny bit cheaper for me too.

Good portion sizes for one person
So far I have tried the meat feast pizza, which was great, and the chicken and mash which was also good but had too much pepper.
I was a little disappointed that there weren’t any recipes included. But I am glad I have found a subscription service that offers meals for one person. Other boxes were too large which meant the ingredients and meals were spoiled before I was able to eat them.

I prefer the old smaller plastic pots
I prefer the smaller plastic pots with lids to the foil ones as I usually heat my meals in a microwave and eat straight from container. The larger trays with film lids had come unsealed during transport and all the cardboard sleeves were wet and soggy

Tasty wholesome meals
Tasty wholesome meals. Saves me plenty of time on buying many ingredients and cook for one person. These meals I feel, are more tasty and “healthier” than supermarket bought meals. “The sauces aren’t as greasy as other meals I’ve bought in the past. Highly recommend this company.

Worst food ever
This has to be the worst food I have ever eaten. I could have bought tastier and cheaper and more nutritious food from the frozen isle in Aldi

Great idea

I really don't like the new packaging
I really don't like the new packaging. They take up more space in the freezer which means I can freeze less, they take longer in the microwave and once heated the container is extremely flimsy. The food still tastes lovely but unfortunately it doesn't work for me anymore.
