Overall 5* in terms of Communication, Quality and Delivery. My only issue was when I asked for the Chicken Curry to be substituted with another meal, I assumed I would have received another meal from the bundle but I received tomato pasta which wasn’t particularly pleasant and when you order a meat selection I would have assumed the substitution would have contained meat and not be Vegetarian. Everything else I cannot fault them on and I will be using them again.

Salam , I’m an happy with the meals it’s just with the rice and pasta , my opinion is maybe cook it for longer , as the pasta taste a bit starchy and just a tad hard , other then that I really enjoyed the two meals that I have already Tried , thank you

Amazing!
We gave prepUK a try for the first time this past week and I have to say the food was amazing! I was suprised that the food was still very tasty even after taking it out of the freezer. Well done! Looking forward to seeing how they vary the meals in the future.

I wasn’t too happy with the food as I was expecting this to be tastier, I wasn’t able to finish any of the meals they were that bad. Was really gutted about this to be honest for the price that you are paying for this. Would recommend to shop somewhere else unfortunately.

Hi Christopher, thank you for taking the time to leave this a review and I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the taste. We make the meals all from the same batch where some are happy to leave a 5 star review and a minority are not happy. This will be the case with any food as it is all down to personal preference. Some people rate the food as tasteless whereas other people think that the food is too strong. We aim to make the food tasty but this won't always appease everybody.
