Quick delivery and to Northern Ireland!!! All wrapped well and arrived in excellent condition

delivery is canselled just 2days after of my order then no update even I used chat, 2-3days later just e-mailed me beacuse of a lot of delivery, it is not reason of my delivery canceled and I cannot get item for 2 weeks and still not arreived when you sent this feedback request

Even though sent special delivery, the chocolates have not arrived at their destination.

A prompt delivery but I don’t know about taste as none of them are for me!

Still not yet received my order. I logged case to customer service and he told me that is normal. I should wait for a month to receive my order. That is ridiculous. The delivery cost is hkd$290 but the delivery service is even worst than free delivery I had at other sites. I can say Royal Mail is the worst shipping company in world.

Two boxes of chocolates arrived, both mouldy and disgusting condition. Four emails sent and no refund offered except a ten pounds gift card that has not been sent. They have not replied to last three emails, got an initial email back from ‘Maya’ but no refund and no voucher. A waste of £36. DO NOT ORDER! Terrible customer service

Considering it traveled overseas, to get to me, it arrived in good time and most of my treats were intact. The chocolate thins, were too delicate to withstand the journey. But most were whole.

I missed having these treats.

Wonderful chocolates but i would rather pay a higher price and have the 12 that used to be included. Violet creme was the recipients favourite and is no longer in there

Some of the chocolate thins were broken.

I asked for the text to be written on a card attached to the box since it was a present. The text was easy enough : "with all my love to David" .... and what appeared on the card was " with all my love to " (name went missing) sloppily written down.

these chocolates are lovely full of flavour. they had special coronation chocolates which were lovely they have a great range of different chocolates. hopefully i will try all

The quality of chocolate in Prestat is very good and its very fine quality. My favourites are the dark hot chocolate powder, dark roast espresso truffle, salted caramel and any of their assorted and gift box collections are good too

Quality and presitation of goods are 2nd to none.

Sent Dad a box of Prestat Chocolates for Father’s Day and he loved them! He said it brought back great memories of visiting the Prestat shop in London many years ago.

I emailed the below and have yet to receive a response:

I’m not sure if there was something wrong with this specific batch, or it’s just a bad flavour combination, but the Blood Orange & Neroli Elixir Milk Chocolate Thins we received are unpalatable – it’s like eating perfume. There is no orange flavour coming through at all, just an overly strong perfume taste that even drowns out the chocolate notes. I’ve been enjoying Prestat chocolate for a number of years, but this is the first time I’ve cause to complain. I enjoy fruity, fragrant or aromatic chocolate, but these are unfortunately inedible in both mine and my wifes opinion. We’re enjoying the 3 other thins boxes in this order.

I would appreciate your thoughts and views on this product and our experience.
