We visited Prestige Cars Kent today for the second time, having previously purchased a car from them, and once again the experience was outstanding. Sam looked after us and truly made the whole process seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all our questions with confidence, and took a genuine interest in both me and my partner, which made the experience feel far more personal.

Car dealerships can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, but that’s definitely not the case here. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly welcomed and treated with professionalism. While they specialise in high-end cars, that premium feel extends throughout the entire showroom—modern offices, immaculate presentation, and even a choice of drinks on arrival. We’ve visited several dealerships over the past week, but the level of service here is clearly a step above the rest. Keep up the excellent work!

Jess and Abbey were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car when I arrived, but they made the whole experience so easy and comfortable that it just made sense.

I got there around 10:30am and by 2pm everything was sorted – including part exchanging my car. The process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free.

Both of them were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, with no pressure at all. They answered everything clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

Very disappointed with the hand over. I was misinformed about the road tax cost which I only found out when arriving to collect the car. I was told the owners handbook was in the car, it wasn’t. I bought a car that I was not familiar with and asked if they would run through it with me. The handover person drove the car to the entrance of the site (blocking it) gave me the keys and told me “I know nothing about RR” when I asked how to set up my phone. She was more concerned about me moving the car than explaining anything in the car. As I drove down the road the tyre pressure light came on! This resulted in needing a new tyre. There was no emergency tyre kit in the boot, despite the company undertaking a 175 point check. Extremely disappointed with my experience of collecting my new car.

Neil came to pick up the car and provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He clearly explained every step of the procedure, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and his friendly approach made the whole process smooth. Great customer service throughout — highly recommended.

We had a great experience buying our Audi Q4 Etron from Prestige Cars. We were helped by Connor, a knowledgeable and friendly guy who made the experience painless. We were test driving, trading in and buying a used car, so it took a little longer than expected, as it was a busy and buzzy Saturday at Easter, so we should have probably expected this. The environment was nice, and with a few coffees and friendly staff we were very happy with the overall experience.

Prestige cars are a class organisation. We were looked after extremely well on arrival, and the two cars we wanted to test drive were available immediately. The warranty and service deals were very good, and well explained to us . Joe Kearns did a superb job - he made us feel very welcome, and was friendly courteous and very efficient.

Excellent service from Sam P, made me feel very comfortable, didn’t find the right car for me on this occasion but will definitely be back once one comes up that fits what I’m looking for!
