Highly Recommended
Friendly, personable service from Pawan. He took the time to come visit my property, walk me through the different options, kept me informed of progress and when there was a minor problem with the Wallbox (a manufacturing defect identified during installation) he dealt directly with the wholesalers to get a replacement and had it fitted very quickly. I would recommend Pretium to anyone looking to install an EV charger at their home.

Experience with Prentium
Pawan came across as amiable and trustworthy. But things began to unravel after the first installation.
1) the workers installed the wrong charger (it was not compatible with the model)
2) the work done was generally untidy and they did not leave any manuals
3) when i raised the point about the wrong charger, he started saying that it was my fault, and despite the fact that i sent him the order form of the new vehicle and he should have known what kind of charger to install.
Overall, a very bad experience.

This is unfortunate that this customer has chosen to make false statements (facts stated below) using TrustPilot after 2 months of the install because his request to change a tethered charger with an untethered free of cost to him was declined by us. The facts are:
1. The customer purchased correct charger (Type 2) in March 2022 ahead of their car to be delivered in May 2022. we supplied Type 2 tethered charger in March and it was installed on 17th March at a location decided by the customer.
2. The product was delivered to the customer on 12th March by DHL. they chose NOT to keep the manual but chose to blame the installer after 2 months that no manual was left.
3. A day after the install, I personally spoke with the customer if he was happy with the installation to which he replied he was happy. He asked me if he wanted to move the location of the charger at the time when he gets his EV then would he get help from me to which I replied positively.
3. On Saturday, the 14th May the customer called me up to discuss his options - whether to buy an extension lead or relocate the charger or go for an untethered charger. I explained to him that the if he wish to replace this charger with untethered one then it would be an expensive option because we cant accept return of a charger that is already installed. To this point, the customer argued that they did not have their EV so the charger was unused and hence why he should be eligible for full refund. I politely declined that the charger once installed can not be sold back to another customer.
4. On 17th May, the customer paid directly to one of my installers and got the charger relocated where he felt it would be convenient to use.
5. On 18th May, shortly after 8 PM, the customer sent me a few aggressive messages complaining that they dont have product manual and the charger is wrong so I must refund him. I explained to him that product was delivered to him directly so its his decision to preserve the manual however this manual is available online and I provided a link. I confirmed that the charger was right type for his car and happy for him to speak with manufacturer if they wanted.
In nutshell, because I could not offer refund for a charger installed 2 months ago in response to customer having changed their mind from tethered to untethered charger, the customer not only chose to leave false feedback on Trustpilot but also threatened me to take me to court.
I personally assure all customers that our service standards are same as 100s of other customers have experienced including this customer.

Wallbox Pulsar Plus Install
Just provided a few pictures of install area and Pawan helped with advice on charger type required.
Followed this through with a fast accurate quote and a prompt installation date (which a lot of other companies couldn't match)
Outlook invite sent for the instal day so you have it in your diary.
On the day installers arrived on time and got it all set up and running very quickly.
Highly professional team that I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. I wanted to get an EV charging point installed as quickly as possible so I contacted/completed forms for several companies. Not only did Pawan from Pretium get back to me quicker than anybody else, he remained immediately contactable throughout the process. I knew nothing about home EV charging, and he was able to provide direction at every step. I would thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend Pawan and the team. Pawan was extremely helpful in assisting me with my installation when we found out our electric car was going to be ready sooner than planned. He
talked through the entire process to help make an informed decision. Furthermore he
kept me up to date on all the stages without the need to chase for anything. Totally smooth transition from start to finish. Really happy with the installation, it’s very neat and the guys were very polite.

I haven't received our EV car yet, so will update the review with regards to how well the wallbox charger works later in the year. Judging by other reviews I'm sure there will be no complaints.
