Perfect for making that special gift awesome!
Wanted to make a 40th birthday gift look really special and found Pretty Gifted when searching for gift wrap. Easy to use site with a good choice of colours, foils, fonts and icons, so was really able to personalise the wrapping and the addition of a gorgeous bow made it look great. The gift was received and the look of "awesome" on birthday girl's face was well worth the extra spent on wrapping it so deliciously. Perhaps my only criticism is that only the one standard size sheet is available and a double one would have been preferable, but I ordered two sheets as it was a large box and with some effort managed to wrap the box perfectly.

Arrived in very poor condition.
Package arrived ripped, smushed and bent. The lid was open and the wrapping inside was in the same condition as the box except not ripped.

i ordered some wrapping paper over the festive period for a January birthday and didn't notice that PG were closed.
I did contact them about my order and they responded very quickly and my paper arrived on time.

Item didn't arrive
Purchased some gift wrap at the start of December with plenty of time before Christmas for it to arrive. Used a voucher that I had so worked out that I only needed to pay a small amount. Received emails saying my item was on the way but I never received it. Contacted them several times where they told me my item was out for dispatch. Still nothing. I contacted them again and without talking to me about it they just refunded the postage. So now I have no wrapping paper just a refund on the postage and no way to use the discount code again. Feel let down and disappointed. I know it is a busy time of year but don't put out discount codes if you can't fulfill orders.

Finally refunded but not got what was promised. Won’t use again purely on customer service!!! Appalling... “can’t get order out but will pass concerns on to management” - doesn't help me at all!
Edit: It was more the case unfulfilled promise and ignoring emails than the packaging (which can happen) but thanks for replying - answered this pretty quick ;) Same to you, Merry Christmas

EXCELLENT SERVICE & QUALITY!!!!
I have ordered from Pretty Gifted on 2 occasions and I can happily say that the product is exactly 💯 what they say it is.
The paper is of good quality. I love the idea of having personalised wrapping paper for my Christmas presents.
They also provide you with a gold pen and ribbon.
On my second order, the delivery arrived within a day.
I would highly recommend Pretty Gifted, you shoukd try it, you will not be disappointed.
