This place is truly amazing! From ordering my bed, customer service, to the quality & care of the bed & packaging to making a return which I am so gutted about as It doesn't fit my room 😢 but even the return process has been amazing the staff are truly amazing, polite, kind & understanding 🩷
I have continuously recommend this company to many people & I really hope that one day I can order again!

The most stunning order!!! Even more beautiful in real life!! I always have found beauty equipment and beds are so ugly, but The Ariella set is the perfect touch for my clinic!! I love my bed. Looks and feels beautiful. There was a slight mark on the bed but customer service were all over it and offered to replace the bed. Grace from customer service was amazing. The delivery company were great too and very helpful

I recently purchased the Valentina beauty bed, moon light, trolley and lila stool.I am really impressed with the quality of the bed it’s very comfortable for clients, with good padding and support, even during longer treatments. The bed feels sturdy and well-built, and I love how easy it is to adjust the height and position.

It also looks aesthetically pleasing and very professional in my setup, it is easy to clean between clients, which is a big plus. Overall, great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it to other beauty therapists!!

Had all furniture fitted for pretty please in Ramsgate it’s absolutely stunning got the beauty bed and moonlight makes my salon look 10/10 very good quality and great community fast delivery.

I was stuck on what to order, time frames of delivery, I was fussy and didn’t like certain items but loved others so they helped me select the exact furniture I’ve dreamt of for years. The Furniture is absolutely unreal ! Best quality and colour. I just had issues with the delivery service , after i had to ring them the morning of delivery and they said its getting delivered in 20 minutes so be careful when ordering if your not available 24/7

I’ve had really good service from pretty salon which was my initial concern with buying such expensive furniture offline. I researched and noted that only pretty salon seemed to have comments / reviews on. When I messaged on WhatsApp they were very helpful and have continued that right up until my order being delivered. Definately deserves 5 stars. Apart from the fabulous couch I ordered the Customer Service is outstanding. Unfortunately the colour that i had delivered was the wrong due to a technical error however, customer service was incredibly helpful through emails and whatsap to resolve and have the correct colour sent to me. So delighted with my beautiful couch. Thank you ☺️

Pretty Salon Furniture have been great, helping me choose a colour for my new furniture, allowing me to change last minute when I realised the bed that I order was an out of stock order and needing one sooner than the original bed would have been delivered. There furniture is a GORGEOUS addition to any salon and really showcases a high end brand of luxury furniture to your salon. Also all the girls on Customer Services have been SUPER helpful❤️ Great experience and will be ordering from them again🫶🏼
