Very pleased with my new PA and support staff at Prialto!

From the onboarding to the introduction and kickoff with my new PA, the Prialto staff has been proactive and helpful, helping me to start seeing ROI right out of the gate. As the workflow has developed, they have brought ideas to me for additional items to be moved off my plate, and I have yet to delegate something that wasn't taken over and performed very well.

Great alternative to hiring VA directly

From the first moment I chatted with the Prialto team, it was clear they take care of their staff including their VAs. My VA has been so lovely and very easy to work with, and all feedback I gave her was well received.

I appreciated there were no hardcore pushy sales tactics in the discovery call - just good sales practices to help you make a decision.

This service is a great and a reasonably priced option if you want to hire a VA but don't want the time-consuming and complex logistics of hiring somebody directly.

White Glove Experience

I've been very pleased with Prialto. I had an assistant experience in the past with a firm that was more strictly a "match maker", and I was responsible for onboarding and management.

The reason I need an assistant is because I am trying to reduce the time I need to spend on things I shouldn't be doing, not increase it.

Because I went with Prialto, a proven firm that specializes in this space, we followed their onboarding process, which made life a lot easier.

Then, when the first assistant left, they had processes in place and did all of the work to find me another person and transition them in. The change was practically seamless for me, and the replacement assistant is terrific and doing great work.

When she needed to take a little time off, they had a backup person ready for me to cover her while she was out. Amazing. Again, seamless from my side, and everyone is kind and cares about doing great work.

Yes, I'm paying a lot more than I would if I were to hire someone directly, but it's been 1000% worth it.

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. They overpromised and massively underdelivered, taking up significant time in pointless meetings. When my PA was up and running, he did very little to justify the payments. However, when my compliance changed internally in the middle for the "contract" they refused to work with me, forcing me to pay the full contract even though I could not use their crap service anymore. I'd stay far away from this team.

Prialto has been an excellent partner…

Prialto has been an excellent partner for our team. They assist us with documentation, data entry and organization, communications, navigating unfamiliar systems and tools, and handle time-consuming tasks.

Easier/more accessible visuals on the distribution of the VA's time across each month would be appreciated.

Super service

Super service - My EA anticipated my needs and planned steps to organize my time to be as efficient as possible. This also really saved me the hassle and expense of hiring my an in-person EA. Prialto's managed service and team coverage model ensured there was always somebody on call for support. Definitely recommend.

Very responsive group of problem solvers

Very responsive group with a good problem ability and a strong service mindset. The managed element was the difference maker - I had great assistants, but knowing there was an expert process architect guiding it all and covering any service outages made a big difference from other assistant firms I've used.
