Great service from start. Would highly recommend to others (and I have). Dan was a great sense of support as I came into this service and was the final deciding factor after looking at a few services. It’s to early to review any changes in how I feel as I am only at the point of obtaining my prescription, will update that at a later stage. Such a shame that the NHS can’t look at the levels of care and support offered and the knowledge that this service offers its clients. Thank you to you all at prime life clinic

Great experience so far, accepted my nhs bloods which saved me a lot of money when coming onto treatment. plenty of support from the staff who are on TRT themselves so know exactly how your feeling and not just a doctor telling you they know how you feel when they clearly don't have a clue. outstanding experience so far!

Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, Dan has helped with every step of the way. After just a month in I’m feeling far more energetic, sleeping better and recovering faster from gym and football. Moved to Prime life clinic from another clinic to continue my treatment.
Found the process to be easy and hassle free and the services provided so far has been above what I expected and communication from them has been great.

Honestly, I can't fault the service with the guys at Prime Life.

My whole journey started with a friend suggesting them to speak to about my testosterone levels after having them checked by my GP. My levels were at the bottom of the 'reference range'. After reading a LOT about how the NHS treats TRT, I decided private was the right choice and my own GP actually agreed with me. I had many phone calls with Dan who talked me through everything, not just treatment but also shared his own personal journey which was amazing. Genuinely this calmed my nerves.

After my second bloods confirmed my low T, I was booked in with Dr Bruecker. Our 1 hour chat was great. Talked me through all my results, what to expect, and every other question I had was answered.

Fast forward to getting all my equipment and prescription and another 1 hour spent with Dan on video call going through how to administer the treatment. Huge credit to him as he put my mind at ease and explained everything (including the encouragement to actually inject).

I can't comment on how effective the treatment will be yet as I'm only 1 week in however, I couldn't have asked for a better team to get me to this point.

This treatment is a BIG change to your life, not just personally but also for your partner etc, so having this support on hand has really helped.

Had a first appointment for female HRT with Dr Joshi, he took lots of time covering my medical history and prescribed a course of treatment based on my needs. Having been to the GP several times over the last few years post partial hysterectomy, I learned much more in the appointment about what my body needs and why. I’m really hopeful some of my symptoms will finally be controlled, and also followed up properly with further appointments and blood tests. You definitely get the impression you have a personal Doctor wanting to find the right treatment plan for you and one which will properly follow up afterwards.

The sandles finally arrived after a week not sure if this was down to poor customer service from Royal Mail. I opened them and discovered that the sandles were of extremely poor quality. Cheap plastic shoes certainly didn’t warrant the £39.98. I was so disappointed that I returned them the next day but firstly having to contact their customer service to let them know why I wanted to return them. I was then told that I had to pay the cost of the return myself. No label was provided and I finally found the address on their website. I had to wait over a week for a full refund. I will never use this company again. The only positive I can give is that they do respond to their emails promptly. I would urge people to check returns policies and obviously take care when selecting products and watch for what they are made from.

Started treatment today, so far the team have been brilliant ( Dan ) who is quick to respond has been informative and understanding guiding me through it all.

Not been pushed into buying their products as I have spoken to a few trt clinics and they seem to do that.

Excited to see results now I have started trt.

Totally painless and quick process from tests to consultation to treatment. Both Dan and Dr Bruecker were a pleasure to deal with.

I've always felt I suffered from low testosterone and have been constantly been refused treatment on the NHS. I discovered Prime Life and took first a at home test, followed by a comprehensive blood test. Both showed low Testosterone. I had a very interesting consultation where my results were explained in detail and received my medication the next day. I must say from enquiry to after care they have been superb.

These are all fake reviews, presumably by the team. This is simply Mojo clinic rebranded. Mojo clinic was RENOWNED for its awful service, it’s all over the internet. I was considering them at first, but saw many red flags and went elsewhere. Oh, and when they cold emailed me to ask if I wanted to join, the cc’d in every other email from mojo’s books, so now I have every members email, and they mine. Amateur from that to finish. Take some time to read REAL reviews of Mojo, who these guys really are!

Re the response. I am absolutely not misinformed. You are Mojo mark 2 and your reviews are clearly fake, written in the same style only days apart. Congrats, you can use Wordpress to make a cheap new website, Team Mojo.

I wish i had been with Prime life years ago

This is a new company with an experienced team. They helped me to continue my treatment after an unfortunate experience with a previous provider, and did so as seamlessly as possible. They offer a personalised service that also provides good value. The option to obtain medication through their preferred provider, while you still have the choice to source it from wherever you want gives you the best of both worlds.
