No communication following missing delivery
Ordered 2 peonies. Only 1 delivered. Tried to ring - no answer. Emailed using website info- no response. Dreadful service. Avoid.
Update- company apologised with reasonable explanation and sent another. Thank you.

Easy ordering and lots of choice
Bought for my daughter for her birthday - lots of choice and easy ordering and delivery. When it arrived it had a few brown leaves but hopefully it will be fine!

Thank you for your review. We love it when people buy our peony plants as gifts. All the peony plants will have a few brown leaves at least now in September as Peony season is over and the plants die back down - some completely! This is how they should be though and we hope your daughter enjoys her peony plant for many years!

Peonies were well packed, but obviously, are dying back for the autumn. Hope they’ll be back next year. Very prompt delivery.😀

We rely on DPD and are annoyed when a box is damaged but pleased that you plant is ok and that you have returned as a customer to buy three more peony plants. We really do appreciate this and hope that your plants are establishing well in your garden.

Poor Service
Waited nearly two years for the plant, which I didn't get in the end, sent alternatives.
Communication was poor, hard to contact via phone and emails, poor service. Would not be recommending Primrose Hall Peonies to my friends. May buy from the company at shows.

Dear Keith I know that we have emailed you but wanted to post a reply on here too. It was extremely disappointing for us too to loose all our TREE peonies last year due to being forced to use peat free compost which meant that non of our Tree Peonies survived.
We are pleased that we were able to send you alternatives

Don't buy your peonies from this company
Only 2 out of 4 plants arrived and were small and badly potted. No phone contact possible as they don't accept calls. I was promised the other 2 plants last week and they didn't arrive so was told that "management" was looking into it. No further response. I wanted these peonies for a cut flower bed on my allotment but doubt anything will flower for at least 2 years. Customer service appalling and goods NOT as described on the website.

Please do sign up for our 2 year guarantee, found on our website. If your peonies should fail to perform we would replace them under the terms and conditions of our guarantee. We are confident that following the care guide instructions your peonies will be absolutely fine. You can expect your peonies to reach their full height and spread within 5 years as explained on our website.
Regarding the delay with dpd, the missing peonies did not return to us in a timely manner, I can only apologise for this. It was not in our control. The experience you have had is not what we expect for our customers.
We do hope you enjoy your new peonies.
