Excellent service. One possible improvement would be to automatically send the customer an email or text message to confirm that the order has been received, has been printed successfully and is being posted. (Or have some kind of order status tracker)

Really impressed with the service!
Really impressed with the service! My documents arrived quickly, with no mistakes. I had 135 pages from several different PDFs and they were all shipped in correct order. The colour printing was spot on. Website was super easy to use and communication from the company was timely, consise and they didn't overload me with lots of unnecessary emails. Thank you, will definitely use Print & Post again!

+ point is it was fast service
- point: I had 5 doucments; 4 of them needed 1 copy each and 1 of them 4 copies. However, to my best knowldge, it was not possible to put them all in one order and I payed 2*£3 to raise them as two orders - apparently we can only specify number of copies once for all documents so there was no space that I include all of them in one order and note that one of them is 4 copies and the rest is one copy.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this message! We were aware of this limitation and had been considering solutions for this for a few months. Given a larger number of comment about this recently, we spent the past month working on a new order form which should fix this issue and offer a few more postage options - the beta version has just been released for our document & letter printing service.
If you have any need for our printing services in the near future then please do give the new form a try and let us know how it goes!
