Disappearing discount "offers"
The website appeared to be offering a discount when entering a code which it said would be applied automatically at the checkout. This was not in evidence and when I tried to enter the code required all I got was an error message saying that it was an invalid code so I ended up paying the stated price for the ink.
I think this happened to me on a previous order too.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered a large quantity of labels on 5th Jan (Stock item) - as of 26th Jan I have still not received the goods. Emailed the seller only to receive a reply stating that they cannot control their contracted carrier and are unable to provide tracking details. Basically tough luck!!! Given the appalling customer service - my advice to others would be avoid ordering from Printsaver

If there is a zero star option I would choose that. No response from customer service after written twice to them about shipping details. Yet to receive the product when order placed few weeks ago
