We are a local business based in the state of Hawaii! Shipping in and out of our state can be difficult at times, but Print Safari made it a breeze!

As usual, the quality has always been fantastic, the customer service has been smooth (despite being on the other side of the world) and we intend to continue using them!

Our Pamplets turned out amazing!! We paid the extra $10 for a person to review it and she was great. They really worked with us to get it right and allowed as many revisions as we needed. I've used Print Safari for eight years - every other month, over sixty orders now ---- just excellent in every way.

I ordered 5000 trifolds and the proof looked good but when the order arrived, the prints were really hazy and colors did not match the original. Tried to work with the support team for a refund / partial refund. No luck. I will be trashing these 5000 brochures, what a waste of money, time & resources. I would stay away from them.

Wir sind extrem enttäuscht von Printsafari.de und ihrem Kundenservice. Nachdem wir am 19.10.2023 Schilder bestellt hatten, warten wir noch immer auf die Lieferung. Trotz einer Nachfrage vor fast zwei Wochen, bei der uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Schilder „im Druck“ seien und bald versandt würden, haben wir bis zum heutigen Tag, dem 06.11.2023, nichts erhalten.

Das Fehlen jeglicher Transparenz ist beunruhigend. Es gibt keine klare Nachverfolgung des Bestellstatus im System, was darauf hindeutet, dass die internen Prozesse bei Printsafari.de nicht ordentlich gepflegt werden. Bei meinem Anruf beim Kundenservice wurde mir gesagt, dass aufgrund des hohen Arbeitsaufkommens nicht alle Aufträge berücksichtigt werden können. Es war ihnen nicht möglich, eine klare Aussage zu treffen, was noch mehr zur Verwirrung beiträgt.

Die fehlende proaktive Kommunikation ist ein großes Manko. Als Kunde erwartet man zumindest informiert zu werden, insbesondere wenn es zu Verzögerungen kommt. Printsafari.de hat es versäumt, diesen grundlegenden Aspekt von Kundendienst und -pflege zu erfüllen.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir Printsafari.de leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ein Unternehmen, das nicht in der Lage ist, rechtzeitig zu liefern, keine Auskunft über den Status der Bestellung geben kann und zudem noch eine derart nachlässige Kundenkommunikation betreibt, erweist sich als unzuverlässiger Geschäftspartner.

worst place to get anything printed. You get lied to about their way of printing as they try to talk themself out of their mistakes.
If you print one size in red don't be surprised it turns out blue in the smaller size.
