First and foremost, Rapunzel was a tier above all other customer service reps we've ever experienced. She provided prompt responses, especially with our specific questions and timing needs. She singlehandedly made our PrintYourVinyl order such a delight!

Secondly, and most importantly, the Custom Vinyl was AMAZING. The audio was superb and the artwork we uploaded came out high quality and looked exactly like the pre-visualization demo they provided. On top of that, we ordered kind of last minute, but the vinyl ultimately was delivered on time and we were able to give it as part of our brother's wedding gift. Words can't express how much joy this gift provided our family.

The website looks legit, so I went with PrintYourVinyl over competitor services as I got to see a proof of how my vinyl would look.

For starters, despite my putting the correct address on my order, they managed to mess that up and put the incorrect postcode on my order meaning it got lost in transit for over a month. I recieved very little help from PrintYourVinyl, and all of their responses to my emails featured "written with AI" at the bottom which says a lot.

After being lost, my record has finally shown up but is completely damaged and still printed incorrectly despite the proofs that they sent showing no defects.

I'd avoid using this service and instead opt for another company that isn't ran by AI as it will likely deliver a better quality product.

After a disappointing experience with another seller for custom LPs, I was hesitant to try again. However, I am thrilled with the results this time! Everything, from the custom sleeve to the LP itself, is perfect. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I received this as a gift and was blown away by the incredible sound quality! Unlike other vinyls we've played, which often have a static noise, this one sounded crystal clear. Plus, their customer service is fantastic. I had concerns about the tracks, emailed them, and got a helpful and kind response within a day. I am SO IMPRESSED with PrintYourVinyl!!! At a LOSS for words!!! I bought a custom record for my boyfriend for his birthday, and it is without a doubt the greatest gift he's ever received. It took a week or so for the whole process(which in itself is an impressive feat), and the quality of the final product is absurd, genuine unbelievable. There is barely any static or crackling and they were able to find all the songs I specified when ordering. His family and coworkers raved about it, they had no idea that it was possible to get a custom vinyl made! This was such a special gift for my boyfriend and I think I will make it yearly purchases for either his birthday, Christmas or our anniversary so that we can listen to a record containing all our cherished song and reminisce about the years we've spent together. Such a beautiful and special product. Can't recommend them enough!

It looked exactly as I had imagined (through the corner of the sleeve was slightly damaged, likely due to the delivery service), and I haven't tried playing the vinyl yet. AMAZING Gift!!!! My boyfriend and I are huge Swifties, so I put together this viny! with all his favorite songs from her, especially the ones that are her versions. The second quality was fantastic!!! It's from a third party, so it's not identical, but if you're really particular about the sound being perfect, paying extra to upload your own music + ordering mastering is worth it. However, you honestly can't tell the difference, and it makes such a great gift!
