I ordered a lathe cut vinyl album as a gift, ans it was a hit! The custom artwork looked stunning.

I ordered this in November, it is currently July. Still no vinyl. I hate this place and I hate whoever owns this company. Not only did I not give a gift for a family friend and look like a jerkoff but I can’t get my money back through the bank because they’re able to send a “tracking number”. So what?? I can edit a tracking number and make it look legit too. DONT order from this scam of a website. I work hard for my money and you’re probably 500 pounds sitting on ur fat ass collecting money from people laughing away. Screw u hope u burn

Awful customer service. Cancelled immediately after ordering after reading the reviews. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my £134 refund. Do not buy from this company. Scammers

Company was open in their communication via email and kept me up to date on my order. It arrived faster than expected and looked and sounded amazing!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order over 2 months and spent 130USD. The order never arrived and I cannot get in touch with anyone at customer service. I’ve sent 4 emails and no one has replied. Very disappointing

Never got my package, I bought insurance. They refuse to refund despite that. The first package missed the date that I needed it for. Don’t shop with this company.

Great customer service They reached out to confirm two of the songs i asked them to put on there for me. The quality was as great as you can get when playing music on a record. The sleeve came out perfect. Nothing bad to say totally recommend buying it’s worth the price.

Everything that could've possibly gone wrong, did go wrong. I spent nearly $30 on a custom CD to receive it in a case that has a HUGE crack down the center plus other small scratches, AND TERRIBLE quality photos with ABSOLUTELY NO SET LIST! Never will buy from this company again.

This purchase is for mine and my boyfriend’s two year anniversary!! The cover turned out great and it sounds amazing, a few of the songs do skip a couple of times but we don’t mind it! Regardless, I loveee this and I’m so happy to have purchased this!

Really simple and efficient process and end product was excellent.

The website was super easy to navigate and gave me basically a full range of customization! My vinyl came pretty quick considering I ordered it during the holiday season. It came in great quality!

This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.

SCAM. I ordered this over a month ago and have not heard from them at all. There is no number to call and they do not respond to emails.

I ordered a vinyl and was truly unsure of what to expect. The product I received is better than what I imagined. The sound is crisp and clear, the design process was easy, and the artwork came out perfect. Cannot recommend this company enough! Such a unique gift and it was so easy!
