Great tires, so glad I decided to buy
Decided to roll the dice and get out of my comfort zone to spend half of what I would have at a competitor for Michelin tires and opted to try the Landspider City Trax HT tire in 235/65R16C because I needed a specific "C" rated tire for my 2022 E-Transit. Have about 150 miles on them so far and they have been fantastic. Smooth ride and low noise (which is important in an all electric vehicle that rides so quietly) So far I am very impressed with the tires and even the recommended installer that I booked with at the time I ordered.

Bought 4 tires for my 2022 Volvo V90…
Bought 4 tires for my 2022 Volvo V90 Cross Country. Price was right and shipping was fast. The positives end there. After 3 balancing attempts including a $200.00 road force balance at the dealer 2 of tyhe tires could not be balanced. It was so bad you could feel it in your butt or in the steering wheel. Yes I swapped them back and forth in an attempt to make them work. I'm sure they have a great return policy but once they're on the car what exactly are you supposed to do in order to return them? Car on blocks for a week? Also Priority Tire isn't selling their own tires, they are just a reseller. The juice is definitely not worth the squeeze.

We are most sorry to hear that 2 of the tires are giving you issues; from the sounds of it, it is indeed not impossible that they have some type of internal defect.
To clarify, although we do not manufacture tires and only sell them, and although our return policy does not cover mounted/used tires, we do still offer warranties!
In cases like this, what you need to do is report the issue to us, at which point we'll instigate the general warranty with the manufacturer. To do so, you just need to provide us with some documentation of the tires themselves and, of course, the issue at hand - there is a burden of "evidence", as they are ultimately brand new tires which should be defect-free in the first place. Nevertheless, we take such warranty cases most seriously and do all we can to make the process as seamless as possible, which includes handling the warranty ourselves and asking our customers only for the most indispensable of evidence!
Obviously we do understand both your concern and frustration - but we do earnestly advise you that we do all we can to only send out good tires in the first place, as well as to resolve any and all issues of this nature as soon as and as best as we can!
Please do give us a chance and work with us on the warranty - we'll try to resolve it for you ASAP! Likewise, we send out innumerable tires without issue - you've encountered a very unlucky and unlikely scenario, but we will earnestly try to solve it!

Avoid this company. My tires wore out after 6000 miles and they are not standing behind the product and honoring the warranty claim. I have responded to their repeated emails with pictures and proper documentation, yet they continue to fail to honor their customer commitment. I have been waiting days for a supervisor/ manager to call in order to discuss, however, no call. Stay away and purchase tires from a company that is customer friendly/ supportive. Len C

We eagerly support all of our customers - we do indeed provide, conduct and honor warranties!
Please be honest with us - did you read through all of our warranty instructions? If so, did you provide us with all the requested documentation? If "yes" applies to both questions, then you should know that we're doing all we can to process your warranty ASAP, as we do submit it to the manufacturer/their representatives and escalate it the best way we can. If you did not provide us with the required documentation, however, there is no way for us to help you.
Managers and supervisors may sometimes speak to consumers - but that's only for special circumstances. Us offering to help you with a warranty but not receiving the required documentation would not qualify - the protocol and procedure are there for a reason, and we ask you as our customers to do your part to cooperate. Once you do, all of our agents will do all in their power to help you!
All in all, we do understand the frustration of receiving a tire that has apparently developed an issue, presumably due to a defect - but we do indeed want to help customers, we really do, but for that we require their cooperation and honesty!

DO NOT ORDER THEOUGH TIS COMPANY!!!!
We ordered a full set of tires for my truck. 3 times they have come in completely wrong. When i have spoken to the sales associates, i was told that supervisora are not allowed ro take phone calls!!! My truck is now past due with the inspection, i still do not have the correct tires and no one will talk to me about how this is going to get fixed!!! If i could, I would leave them a negative number
