Outdated tires
I wouldn't buy anything from priority tire,
I payed for new tires and priority tire sent me outdated one's.
Wanted to return them but they wanted to charge me for that.

We don't sell outdated or used tires - only NEW tires that were never mounted, used or modified. Tire ages may vary to a degree, but ultimately we make an effort to only send out tires in excellent condition that can be used for a long, long time.
As you haven't contacted us via eBay or any other method yet we cannot comment on the validity of your concern, but we'd happily help if you did somehow receive outdated tires.

Tires delivered on time and within the range of delivery ETA without any delays. I bought some americus thunder commercial tires and the quality is great, balanced well and rides nicely even when pushing 80-90 miles per hour. new customer right here for sure!

3 of them were alittle hard to get on…
3 of them were alittle hard to get on the rims and they sealed . The 4th one was very hard to get on it wouldn't seal and then I couldn't get it off the rim . I had to cut the tire to get it off.

Although mounting difficulties are not impossible for certain types of tires - like perhaps bias tires for trailers - it should still be possible to safely mount them at the end of the day. DONT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS
I ordered 4 NEW tires for my car. The price was $2150.00 delivered. I had some issues with priority tire and felt as though my request wasn't being taken care of so I looked at some reviews online to see if maybe it was just me. Did you know that per the reviews that I read 36% of the customers that bought tires from priority are unhappy? 36%, geez thats closing in on half! So I looked at the production dates on my supposed new tires and the dates say that the tires are 2 to 3 years old. I'm pretty sure I was expecting to get fresh tires but I didn't. So I sent an email and asked about sending the tires back and was told that they will take them back but I would have to pay the shipping. Since I didn't make the bad decision to sell old tires to people that just spent money on new tires, I figured that I just shouldn't have to pay for return shipping on a bait and switch transaction. I started looking to see if this was the best deal on these tires and I was surprised to see that there were many better choices out there with lower prices. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

We apologize, however, all of our military discounts are processed via our professional integration via ID.me - a company that specializes in providing such services for online retail and commerce.
All you needed to do was simply follow the ID.me procedures via the integration on our website (either during Checkout or on a separate page, independent of a sale), which would have allowed you to gain the military discount in a safe, fast and discrete manner.
Since you did not, we offered to process it for you ad hoc - and with all due respect for your person and service, we do require some documentation as evidence to do so.
Our agents were simply trying to process your request will honoring the internal procedure of having justification for issuing the coupon - they did not want to inconvenience you or anything of the sort.
Obviously we're sad that it didn't work out, and do understand your privacy and security concerns, but please believe us when we say that we only wanted to fulfill your request in accordance with our own rules.
For the record, we do not have a Russian (or Russian-adjacent) agent in our customer service; not that that would by itself be problematic, but we might as well bring it up since you mentioned it and since we assume you have concerns due to broader geopolitical implications.
Regarding the tires themselves, we did indeed sell you NEW tires: never mounted, used or modified, in excellent, untouched condition. Ages may vary to a degree, but we make a deliberate effort to only sell safe tires, ready for long term use - and yes, we do indeed disclose everything about our policies with full transparency. You're absolutely free to return the tires if you wish - we won't apply a restocking fee if you haven't mounted the tires. The return itself is, of course, up to you, as we cannot qualify you for a free return for any of the "issues" you've listed here.
With all of that said, again, we did not wish to inconvenience you in any way and do apologize for any confusion. To the best of our knowledge and ability, we sold you good tires that you should be able to use for a very long time - while also providing you with all the normal coupon options that are available to all customers, too. We even tried to help you with the coupon discount outside of the usual method to apply it.

I bought 4 whitewall tires,2 were…
I bought 4 whitewall tires,2 were damaged in shipping and were returned.
Upon mounting and inflatign at the shop they displayed sidewall bulges.
I have been fighting them since,over 8 months worth.
They demand more pictures and want me to take time from the shop workers business for them to take pictures etc....I sent PT pictures of the bulges and they refuse to send shipping labels so I can ship these tires and THEY can inspect them....I would NEVER deal with them again ever.

We apologize, but, this order is from 2024; you reported the apparent issue with the sidewall bulges in July of 2025 and send us photos showing the issue - which is certainly a start, but we cannot simply take back tires outside of our return policy just because someone claims that they are defective. We are more than happy to investigate every and any reported issue and attempt a warranty with the manufacturer, but to do so we do require adequate documentation of the issue - otherwise the warranty cannot even be started, much less processed successfully.
To that end, we do reiterate that we do wish to help you and do think that you've provided completely decent documentation thus far - we did not bother you on purpose nor inconvenience you in any way, we merely asked what we know is absolutely mandatory for the warranty. A professional written statement describing and diagnosing the issue is not "taking time" from anyone, it's literally the most important piece of documentation and evidence that you can provide, and is only reasonable that something like that is required. Remember, the tires you purchased were new and must not have any issues, faults, flaws or defects - which is why there is sadly a burden on proof on you to provide us with valid documentation, which is what we need to file the warranty and help you.
We understand that the process can be tricky - we try to streamline it as much as possible for your benefit, since we obviously want our customers to be happy and not get frustrated - but ultimately the requirements for the warranty come from the manufacturers and reflect the industry standards. It's obviously the case that we try to make them as seamless and painless as possible, but at the end of the day clear-cut documentation needs to be provided.
So, we're not quite sure why you would "never deal with" us again - we provided you with tires that were new and without issue, you're reporting an issue, we're trying to help you in a reasonable and professional manner using the proper channels. This is how every tire retailer functions, including all of our competitors - and at least on our part, we can guarantee that we're just trying to do our part and help you.

PRIORITY is not worth the MIGRAINE and the EXTREME frustration.
Purchased 4 tires. Tires were delivered to the wrong address. Spent 45 minutes with "CUSTOMER SERVICE" ( they don't understand the concept of SERVICE).
They would not correct the address because I wouldn't pay them an extra $20.
They would not contact FEDEX to correct the address and FEDEX would not deliver my tires until PRIORITY contacted FEDEX.
PRIORITY said "Sorry we can't help you."
I very politely asked to speak with a Customer Service supervisor or manager.
The Representative said the "Supervisor/Manager does not want to speak with you. I gave up after 45 minutes.
I ultimately located the tires myself,
picked them and delivered them to MYSELF!! Thanks for NOTHING PRIORITY TIRE.

The order in question was shipped and delivered to the address you yourself selected; thus, it was not "delivered to the wrong address". We're not sure why you'd make a blatantly false claim like that.
We would indeed not correct the address because the packages were already in transit, being shipped to the address you yourself selected - changes at that point are possible, but not without an additional charge, since the carriers charge the address change service.
There's indeed no rhyme or reason, nor justification, for you to speak with a supervisor or manager - the agents correctly advised you of the situation and options. Your unwillingness to cooperate or listen is entirely your own decision, and doesn't grant you the right to "escalate" a matter like this.
All in all, this review is comically inaccurate and insincere - we have no issue admitting fault for any mistake, but this is simply not such a case; we offered help within reasonable parameters but you opted not to cooperate.
