Fast shipping, I was kept informed and tires were received in good condition. Haven't mounted them yet as my rims haven't arrived yet. I would not hesitate to purchase from priority tire again.

They don't stand behind the product that they are selling
I ordered a set of four tires from priority tire. When I got them I took them and my wheels off my camper to have them replaced. One of the tires when they mounted it had a big bulge in the side of it like it had a broken radal. I had to go ahead and order another tire and then pay to have it changed over with the defected tire and now priority tire is telling me that since they were mounted on Wheels they cannot accept a return but they can help me fill out a claim with the manufacturer of the tire. A good company would accept your return and they would deal with the manufacturer not leaving the customer to do it. I'm sending back all the tires and I'm going to buy them somewhere else and I will never buy another tire for priority tire and I would warn anybody not to do business with this company

We're not a good company, as we think we're a great one in fact - and you're completely free to have your opinion on what our policies should be, but the fact the matter is our current Return and Warranty policies, terms and conditions are clear and consistent - and we do think they're forthcoming and aimed at helping customers!
Priority Tire does not manufacture any tires, while all of the tires we sell are procured directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors, with us doing everything in our grasp to ensure that we only sell safe, functional and legitimate tires, with our handling and storage methods reflecting this.
What this means is that we cannot simply accept back mounted, used or apparently damaged tires back - it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to report and prove their belief that a tire they received has some type of defect. Just as we do our best to ensure that a customer never receives a damaged or defective tire in the first place, we also do all in our power to make the process of verifying an issue as easy as can be, streamlining the warranty process by handling the actual warranty and providing our customers with the simplest possible requirements and examples.
You're completely right to be frustrated if one of the tires you received apparently has an issue - but all we ask of you is to cooperate and work with us to resolve the warranty, which is the exact procedure required to provide a replacement or refund. Obviously, again, we do wish to resolve all issues of this nature as quickly and painlessly as possible, exactly so as to help our customers. We're incentivized to do so!
So, we'd implore you to reconsider your approach and conclusion here - we do all we can to do honest work and provide great service and tires alike, and all we ask of you is to understand our position and the very rules you agreed to - and we'll take care of things for your benefit!

Can't begin to express the frustration and anger with Priority Tire after I purchased a set of 4 tires back in Nov 2025.
Priority Tire claims to use Fed-X but will opt for UPS and will not inform its customers they DO NOT provide insurance cover if purchased over Ebay. My tires got "allegedly" stolen on two separate days of delivered to a FireStone. The receiver claimed they never got them or saw them.
I followed the steps of the customer support to start the process to get remedy. After several calls to Priority Tires Customer Service and UPS to follow the status of the claim, took me 3 months to get a refund for 2 of 4tires after UPS yelled fault for 2 two tires. But not until I called Priority Tires to ask for the refund.
UPS closed the claim for the other two tires, rendering me at a loss because they didn't admit to a fault; therefore Priority Tire's position is "there's nothing we can do...sorry".
It's now 4 months since Nov 24th 2025 since this incident has happened and neither UPS nor Priority Tire will admit fault to refund the rest of my money as they play a blame game.
Do business with Priority Tires at your own risk. I’d advise asking for insurance coverage and request a sign on delivery. If not, they simply take your money after you spend your precious time waiting on support to address your issue. They will not honor any escalation to a decision maker like a manager and you will likely get disconnected from you call demanding customer support. I won’t ever do business with this company again after this experience, this is no excuse. Their shipping coverage is misleading and they will not advocate for their customers.
PS: Priority Tires, as a repeat customer, you should refund me for the lost of the tires you chose to ship via UPS and not Fed-X as well not cover with shipping insurance. (2/26/26 update) The delivery was ambiguous, no address captured nor company name in the delivery photo to show as proof of evidence items were delivered to the location on the order form. Without shipping insurance on deliveries, tires and money paid for them can just vanish just like in my case. No one takes accountability for the second order lost. That's unacceptable!!

We can confirm that we primarily use FedEx Ground, but do indeed sometimes utilize UPS Ground when it is appropriate - which of course does no impact our customers as the end user whatsoever. This is because both shipping services are handled the same way, with the same logistical and operational procedures, with the same amount of care and support. Obviously, any and all tracking information is shared and uploaded to the sales platform in question, like eBay in the case you're reporting here, so the customer is always informed ahead of time.
All orders are shipped within industry standards and the utmost care - but it's not impossible that accidents or mistakes can happen at any point of the logistical chain. If an issue is reported we investigate internally and with the carrier in question - be it FedEx or UPS - to cover all of our bases and determine what, if anything, went wrong.
In this case, like all others, we did investigate our internal information to verify how the order was shipped, as well as start several separate disputes with the carrier, escalating them in an effort to decisively help. Ultimately, as you implied, UPS closed the claims and did not confirm any mistake with the delivery. Lacking any other evidence of your reported issue, be it from you or the Firestone location, we sadly cannot provide further tires or funds - the tires were shipped and delivered already, without sufficient indication or evidence of a mistake. A delivery photo is not mandatory in the first place and we know from experience that thousands upon thousands of deliveries with "poor" delivery photos are done without any actual issue, just as it has happened that deliveries with "perfect" photos end up being reported as problematic. Aside from that, the actual Proof of Delivery, even if limited, shows the correct address for the delivery.
Regarding communication difficulties, we obviously do apologize if we made any mistakes - we try to answer all calls and emails as soon as possible, as well inform our customers of any outcomes for delivery disputes or similar procedures.
All in all, we really do all in our power to ensure safe deliveries, as well as to follow-up on any reported issues. We do believe that we exhausted our options for the shipments you reported as missing, as all evidence points towards successful deliveries. Your frustration at the reported issue, should it be true, is not something we're trying to take lightly - but we do insist that we've done all in our power to try and help and do disagree that we "do not honor" our promises or Policies, Terms and Conditions. We genuinely follow all of our procedures and methodology to the best extent that we can, with those being fine-tuned over the past 20+ years in an effort to provide the best possible service to all customers.

Our vast shipping network and advanced logistics do indeed allow us to have deliveries done all over the country in just a couple of days - the formal estimate is 1-6 days for some unlucky edge cases, but most of our orders do indeed get delivered in just about 2 days! Very poor customer service or should I say no service
I ordered a set of four tires. They came on time when looking at the tire specification. It did not state that these are directional tires when I receive them I noticed on the tire. It says it is directional. These will be a good fit for my vehicle, I called priority. Let them know. I would like to order another set and that these tires did not fit the tire specifications on their website and they will not return them unless I pay $180 return shipping fee even though it is their advertising that does not say it is directional. Customer service is no service with this company.

We are sorry, but yes, the tires you received are exactly as advertised - the brand, the model, the size and indeed the tread design are all correct.
The fact that the tread design is correct means that you received the exact tires you wanted - and can use them as intended, provided that you originally selected appropriate tires for your vehicles.
The tires might be directional yes, that literally just means that they are meant to be mounted facing a specific direction. The 4 tires are identical and can all be mounted on the same vehicle, facing the same direction, functioning without issue. You can even rotate them around the vehicle to help even-out tread wear in the long term - as long as they are facing the correct way.
Needless to say we're confused as what your actual point is. If you received the tires from the listing you selected, then we cannot provide a free return, sadly. You can return the tires to us however you know how, the cost we offered should be the lowest possible one due to our professional relationship with FedEx.

In most cases all tires are shipped out together - but sometimes we might need to use different warehouses for different items. Here we did indeed ship from two different warehouses out of necessity, on the same day even - we're glad that they all arrived safe and sound, within our estimate!
