I bought the system 4 air con from prism. The air con is not old and inconsistent. The service said keep giving excuses and blame customer should put on until 21 degrees and below. Then also less than 1 year my master bedroom air con leaks. Then every less than 4-6 months master bedroom air con keep leaking. Come and fix 2 times already. Complain on the master bedroom cold issue, in the end 2nd time they come to install another compressor to solve the issue. It's resolved and I got 2 compressor now. The problem is the leaking issue and the customer service side reply is slow and not replying me got a week. The after service really bad and gone to worse. I bought this Prism Aircon because I saw many times a lot of their advertisement in social media. They find many celebrities and influencers to promote. Damn! These celebrities never test and check before promoting. Damn jialat and a lot of inconvenience hassle stress situation caused. Cannot sleep well. Previously I was using Mitsubishi air con and 25 degrees already cold. I use more than 4-5 years then got leaking water issue. Want to support local brand also cannot. Throw Singapore and Singaporean face on this type of quality and service provided. Don't buy Prism items at all. The price is attractive and it's really not good to use and spoilt very easily. I also bought their TV. It's really big and cheap. 4K some more but after a couple of years then TV started to have more and more dead pixels. Hopefully someone read my comments and others on prism experience. Don't trust any of their products and advertising! Go for more well know and reliable brand to save all these trouble!

I have NEVER encountered a company so…

I have NEVER encountered a company so careless, evasive, and outright negligent.

This entire experience started badly from the very first day.
The digital lock handle was installed visibly slanted, showing there was no basic quality check done after installation. Despite this being a clear workmanship issue, the case was casually “closed” after a site visit, with no proper acknowledgment of how such an obvious defect passed inspection in the first place.

Unfortunately, that lack of checks turned out to be a pattern — not an exception.

PRISM+ handed over my purchased digital lock items to a completely unknown and unauthorised person, without my consent, without verification, and without even knowing who that person was. I did not appoint any “representative”. PRISM+ insisted on one after the fact to cover their own mistake.

When I later discovered that almost every essential item was missing — WiFi gateway, letterbox lock, keys, RFID cards, RFID stickers, charging cable, lock pin — PRISM+’s response was not to fix the problem, but to wash their hands of it.

Their so-called “proof of delivery”?
• A photo showing items at an address (not handed to anyone)
• A checklist signed by someone who is not me
• Zero photos of the person who allegedly received the items
• Zero accountability for giving customer property to a stranger

When pressed, PRISM+ repeatedly told me to “check with whoever was on site”, despite me clearly stating no one received anything and the signature was not mine. That is not customer service — that is deflection.

Even worse, they tried to shift blame by saying I raised the issue “four months later”, as if customers are legally required to camp at construction sites to audit PRISM+’s deliveries. When asked if any law actually supports this excuse? Silence.

Let’s be clear:
This is not a misunderstanding.
This is operational negligence.
This is poor chain-of-custody control.
This is a company refusing responsibility after losing customer property.

The end result?
I paid for a full digital lock system and was left with just a lock and nothing else — and PRISM+ considers the case “closed”.

If you value basic competence, secure handover, and a company that owns its mistakes, do not buy from PRISM+. If anything goes wrong, you will be blamed, stonewalled, and dismissed.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Prism TV

Prism TV - I swear it's off my list. Buy at your own risk. This is the shortest live span TV I have ever counter. It lasted 3yrs, 3mths... 3 more mths vs the 3 yrs warranty. Oh yes, don't be con by the extended warranty banner ad that they put up.

The worst dryer I’ve ever used

The worst dryer I’ve ever used .
After running the full 1 hour 38 mins it reverts to another 50 mins then after another 40 mins run , it then reverts yet again to another 40 mins ! That’s a lot of energy used . And still not 100 % dry .
We wanted to support local businesses but this is a major put off .
Tried to get in touch with customer service . Can’t .
Finally got one on an online chat . His reply was simply “ it’s Ai . It will only stop when it’s dry .. “
So that means per load of drying will take up to 3-4 hours ?? Ridiculous!

You have been warned

You have been warned. Brought their ceiling fan in Nov 2025, broke down in Jan 2026. And i barely use it over the past few months. I had their monitor with no issue so i went ahead with their other appliance. Should have trusted the reviews

Listen to the old folks

You know how the older folks will keep telling you to stick to mitsubishi and the more established brands? Just do it. Prism is a fraud. I got my system 3 installed in Nov 2025, and less than a month later, the compressor was leaking water onto the unit below me. I requested for prism to rectify this and they state it is normal. My previous compressor didn't leak, the 4 units of compressors above my unit doesn't leak. I'll say it's normal for their compressors. Unless you want headaches and frustration, just stick to the more established brands

Don’t buy anything from Prism+

Don’t buy anything from Prism+. Poor product quality and even worse service.

We ordered Prism+ ceiling fans for our new house in 2024. Before placing the order, I double-confirmed with the salesperson that the fans would arrive by the end of the month, as we were moving in early the following month. I was assured they would.

In reality, delivery was delayed by two months. I ended up living in a house with no fans or proper lighting for two whole months. No apology. No compensation. Nothing.

To make matters worse, two of the fans broke down twice in less than two years. When I contacted Prism+ the second time to arrange repairs, they had the audacity to charge me a $50 transportation fee. Seriously? Your flimsy products failed twice within two years, and I’m expected to pay extra just to get them fixed? That’s nearly a quarter of the price of the fan.

The technicians were rude as well. I usually clean my fans monthly, but some dust had built up as I was planning to clean them that weekend. The technician looked visibly displeased and commented, “Why is the fan so dusty?”, then told me to clean the blades. They legit just casually gave me instruction.

Overall, terrible experience from start to finish. Would not recommend.

Disappointing & Misleading 11.11 Promotion Experience

I’m extremely disappointed with PRISM+’s conduct during the 11.11 promotion.

On the same day of purchase, within less than 8 hours, the product price was adjusted with additional discounts, making the item significantly cheaper right after I had completed my order. This was clearly part of the 11.11 campaign, not a separate or later promotion.

I contacted PRISM+ directly after noticing this. They initially said they would get back to me, but no follow-up was ever provided.

I then contacted them again via Shopee chat. They did not request any proof, and their replies (as shown in the screenshots) already acknowledge the situation — instead of resolving it, they shifted responsibility to “platform pricing” and avoided accountability. This response suggests they were already aware of the pricing issue but chose not to address it properly.

This experience feels dishonest and misleading, especially during a major sales event where consumers expect fair and transparent pricing. Adjusting discounts within hours of purchase gives the impression that prices and promotions are being manipulated to push early buyers into paying more.

Because of this experience, I’ve lost trust in the brand and will not consider PRISM+ for future purchases. I would strongly caution other buyers to be careful during promotions and to monitor price changes closely.

Transparency and trust matter — unfortunately, PRISM+ failed on both in this case.

Do not buy anything from them

Do not buy anything from them! I ordered a doorlock from Prism+. They initially said they couldn't install it anytime soon so I insisted and they schedule installation on a Saturday between 2pm to 6pm then at 5pm they sent me a SMS with status set to order delivery failed due to "out of time"!. Then they scheduled it for another day (week day) and the installer didn't even have the equipment to install it! So he left. I asked for a refund and they said it takes 10 days for the refund to be done!

The worst company out there! Go for Samsung, LG, etc.

Sharing the repeated lousy customer and delivery support of prism aircon and tv(Jan 2025)and ceiling fan (1st Dec 2025). Communication from customer service and agreed on installation date and time keep changing due to delivery payment not made before delivery.

Aircon installed with hole in the pipe and aircon not cold or working 4 days from installation. Trunking and pipes finishing also not professional handles. Alot of gaps found upon inspection requested for installation of 3 aircon units with long installation of 6 hours. Drilled bigger hole than required in new hdb home and end up covering with bigger trunking. Denying the problem and stating it is standard installation procedure.

TV arranged and confirm to Mount on wall was ended up with TV stand only and blame information not stated in delivery note from customer services despite confirmation via email and calls weeks before installation day.

Delivery and installation will only confirm upon payment on delivery fee paid or threatened to change it if customer don't want to pay before delivery. These are only mentioned a day before delivery and not during the phone call to arrange the delivery and installation.

So new prism customer, you plan for delays or disruption to your work or appointment schedule if you want to purchase or continue with prism.

I decided not to continue with prism after confirming prism only cares about the money in your account than the prism product that they sold to you. Had prism monitor, prism TV, prism aircon and last product is the ceiling fan from prism.

Service and after sale support will be ignore unless you pay more or continue to make new purchases so they will follow up on the purchase but not the issue from delivery arrangement and product issue..

Bad after sales service

We have waited over 3 weeks for a PRISM+ Fridge we ordered. It was supposed to come in a week but the first delivery got cancelled last minute by the delivery man. Upon another attempt of delivery, the fridge turned out to be defected with a broken wheel at the back. The deliveryman claimed that it was already broken but I saw it being damaged when he took it off the trolley. Instead of offering a new fridge, he asked us to use tiles to support the fridge instead. We called customer support for help but haven't gotten a reply since. It's really unprofessional. I don't think I will ever order another PRISM+ product again. Bad experience.

Prism+ Fridge defective within first 2 years

I bought a Prism+ Fridge (Top Mount Freezer, PureFresh TMF 420) in March 2024. A week ago (less than two years from purchase), the fridge became not cold, and we called the customer service hotline and the technician came a day later to check. This was what the technician told us: In the freezer compartment, there is a dial that you can set the temperature to Cold, Colder and Coldest. This fridge would malfunction if the dial were set to Colder or Coldest. We can only set to Cold! If that is the case, why does the fridge come with a dial at all??? So he turned the dial to Cold and said the fridge should be ok. The fridge started to get cold and seemed to work, but only for a day. The next day, the same issue happened. The fridge was not cold and stuff in the freezer started melting! We managed to contact the same technician and requested for him to come down to check. He came the next day and changed the fan and said the fridge should work. But after a day, the same issue happened. The fridge became not cold! All this while, the Prism+ customer service was not responsive in sending any technician onsite. Today is Day 7 and we are still waiting by our phone.

I purchased the Prism+ X340 monitor…

I purchased the Prism+ X340 monitor together with the ARC Stealth Pro arms on 1 Oct 2025, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The arms arrived faulty and unusable, and even after replacement, the monitor developed a severe ghosting/burn-in issue within just an hour of use. Despite multiple troubleshooting steps (disconnecting cables, reboots, leaving it powered off overnight), the problem persists.
What makes matters worse is the customer service — every call ends with “pending technical team feedback,” and I have to re-explain the issue and repeat the same troubleshooting steps each time. This lack of accountability is frustrating and unprofessional.
I own another Prism+ monitor purchased in May 2025 that works fine, but this time both items I ordered were faulty, and the poor support has left me very disappointed. Prism+ really needs to improve both product quality control and after-sales service.

I had wanted to support this home grown brand!!
I made a purchase for a fridge on Lazada. Thereafter an agent called to make delivery arrangement. The first agreed delivery schedule was made between myself and call agent Helen on 24th Sept mid afternoon.

My partner received a call from one of the call agent on Saturday, 27 Sept to make confirmation of the said delivery. My partner referred the matter to me and I contacted 60282215 and spoke to a call agent at 3.30 Saturday afternoon.

I spoke to call agent Zel at length about my delivery and she told to me wait for a call from the delivery team. I waited for three hours and I made whatsapp enquiry again at 6.36pm the same day.

Russell was the agent that took me enquiry and he finally told me that there will not be any delivery on the day.

On Sunday morning at 10.30am, Russell called me to inform me that the delivery team had not made contact with him to relate on the delivery arrangements.

Monday morning at around 10.30am, customer service agent Yuki called me to make alternative delivery arrangement. To my surprise and horror, she asked if I am available to receive the delivery today and time is “now”!!!????

May I ask, what kind of service is this??

While Prism+ are unable to make delivery over the many requested time/date, they expect the customer to be able to receive delivery at a moment’s notice?????

There is completely no sense of urgency in handling this failure to deliver.

I had expected the call from Yuki to inform me that the fridge will be delivered this evening at a time that I will be home from work.

Instead, I am disappointed again when Yuki told me that all slots are taken up today.

Makes me wonder if the delivery team is customer service oriented?? What a mess this Prism+ team!!

Recently i went IT fair during this…

Recently i went IT fair during this year May. Bought 3 ceiling fans and door lock. Paid everything and supposed to delivered end of June but delayed till mid july. Service damn sucks! Told me can can, can deliver in june but why ended up delayed and told me no stock. Ok fine, i accept it becos my renovations going done soon. So it have to be delivered. Till date, i have used the fan for abt 2 months, it dead on us. Cant switch on. Have to call their technician to come fix it. Products and services also damn sucks. Really not recommended to buy!

Really bad services

They promise 2 days delivery. But in fact customer needs to call their hotline to book. They will call you randomly and expect you to pick up their call anytime of the day. If you miss it, you go through phone jail for 30 min and nobody answer. Then the hotline chat bot is a joke. you submit all info the bot ask you, then no one answer, you wait over 30 min and do sth else, and after 5 min look at your chat, bot said you did not answer immediately when its your turn, your request terminated you need to go through phone jail or chat bot jail again and again. I did that like 4 times. They did not even have the slightest common sense of creating a customer service ticket. I lost confidence and cancel the order of a fridge via Shopee. Guess what? When you cancel, someone immediately reply to your message. but that person is not able to book delivery. I only buy as I fall for their marketing promise of great after sale services. Look, if you can not even handle delivery well, I do not think there will be much service after sale. Do they make customer go through phone jail if your appliances broke down? Yes. I made the purchase 10 days ago. File for refund on Aug 8. They still holding my payment and do not agreed to refund and they blame Shopee for it. But I am very experience with Shopee, they always process refund within 24 hrs unless the seller make it difficult and not agreed. I do not recommend to buy from this brand. Big promise and under deliver.

Product is cheap and good but installation service was really sub par.

Installer came and rushed to go.
Did not help with pulling power cable (inside feature wall), ask me settle myself and watch as I rushed to pull the cable.

And worse, did not give me time to pull and plug in hdmi cables.

I requested for 5 mins for my hdmi cables before he mount the tv but he told me to try later as he is rushing to go.

Then told me to use back the old tv mounting but I Informed him that I rather install the new ones and make it lower.

He was trying to leave and disagree, citing various reasons for not being able to install it lower. Next moment he’s gone!

End up I have to accept the height. Tv box left behind, no info no instructions as to why. Left for me to dispose.

After he left, suck thumb bring the tv down myself and install the hdmi cables. Carried the box down myself to dispose.

First time and last time purchasing from Prism.

Issue raised with my dryer on the same day of delivery.

Issue raised with my dryer after letting it rest for 4 hours or so on the day of delivery.
First run with dryer had a squeaking sound.
Second run with dryer slow movement.

Now is the 7th day of delivery no replies and updates. I am guessing they will not replace 1 to 1, cause mention pass the 7 days.

Almost 2 months and still waiting for the delivery to arrive

Selling your products is one thing, but waiting for the delivery - and still waiting for 2 months is unacceptable. The customer service kept rescheduling the delivery - the new excuse is there's no stock. The 1st one they forgot to log the appointment on their system.
