Summary: Bad communication and a long overdue refund is still pending. I advise anyone purchasing to use 3rd party payment like Paypal just in case.

I had Friday night Sep 1st placed an order, requested a cancellation Saturday Sep 2nd.

On Sep 5th, I sent second mail asking for a response and they finally respond 15.23 UK time that it is shipped. And that mistakenly the dispatch # mail was not working.

Sep 6th I receive a dispatch/tracking number, same day I call them out on their communication, and their supposed "automatic shipping" that happened before it could happen. (Also tracking link showed that package has not been delivered/picked up by courier yet, so still within the firm)
And now they say there was screen burn and it was not shipped, so they will cancel it.

For weeks i receive no refund or cancellation confirmation, and tracking is same status as it was 2 weeks ago. A case has been opened in Paypal, and they have responded with automatic copy paste in the case.

Extremely fast. Got it within a few days. It was up and running that same day excellent excellent A+ plus

So 2 months ago, me and my lady started playing pogo again. We fell back in love with the fun of the game. However, we're both very busy with work all the time, so one of the only ways we could really have fun together was to spoof. I quickly found a whole community on fb full of spoofers and so on. That led me down a rabbit hole via youtube and eventually discord. I came across a YouTube channel naked "Viciousagain". Went further into this rabbit hole now knowing you can do so much more through these rooted phones. Was very unfamiliar with how to use them but "root guy" on the privacy portal was of much great help. He was able to provide all the info I was looking for as well as making sure me and my lady got our phones taken care of personally. Definitely coming back for a more "high end phone later down the road... At least for myself lol. Solid 5 star. I admire ambition and going out of the way to make sure each of his customers are happy.
